This is a great house with great amenities! The views and beach access are amazing! Having the golf cart and bikes was also super convenient . House was clean and communication with hosts was great. Would definitely come back!

Hosts were quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We had a couple of minor suggestions which they were receptive to. The available 6 passenger golf cart was a HUGE bonus. Garage was well stocked with beach equipment and supplies.

Beautiful home with amazing views! Having access to a golf cart was amazing, such a big help for getting around the island. The gas pool heater is amazing nice touch. All around an amazing stay!

The view; impeccable. The golf cart was such a great thing to have access too. House was clean. The company who runs this house was so responsive. We had one issue with a grill and within 24 hours we had a new one. Everything we needed we had access to. Garage was stocked with beach chairs. Just fyi…the house next door is under construction and they start banging around 7am. Makes it not so relaxing sitting poolside or sleeping past 7am. Probably another month of construction.Sunrises were so beautiful.Once construction is done, which is by no means something this house can prevent, this place would be top notch. The family had a wonderful time.

Had a short family vacation. The place was open, large and easy for all of us to gather together as well as enough rooms and nooks and patios and balcony's for us to spread out. Would highly recommend and will rent from them again!

Cloud 9 was exceptional, it felt like a home right away. The accommadations were exactly as was represented. (actually even nicer in person). We relax, went swimming in the beach, pool and hot tub. We listened to the waves and enjoyed the amazing sunrises, breeze and wild life while having our morning coffee. It was the best way to celebrate our mom's 92 birthday with my sisters. Can't wait to go back!

This home was beautiful and never stopped impressing. It is one of the few homes I have stay in at the shore where the AC systems were able to keep up and perform in extreme heat. The golf cart really is a must and makes exploring and enjoying the island so much more unique, fun and special feeling. The home is situated on the bay side of the island, and I think that is a bonus. It was very private and had great wildlife sightings. Seeing the bridge framed in the distance was stunning and the clouds were on full Postcard Mode the entire trip. Great pool and yard as well. The kitchen is very well appointed as well. We had an in home chef one evening and she had no problem navigating and executing a terrific meal for our group. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Cloud 9 – the home is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit. We encountered a couple of minor issues, but they were addressed promptly and professionally, which we really appreciated.Communication was excellent from start to finish, and it’s clear that the Serendipity team truly cares about their guests’ experience. What a beautiful, well appointed property. The view is simply worth the price of admission, but the amenities are a close second! We loved the spacious pool area, kayaks and paddle boards. The kitchen is a chef's dream... well stocked with beautiful serving ware, cookware, Instapot, barware, etc. We cooked three meals a day during our stay and it was so nice to have everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were perfect. If you are looking for a home with ample hang out spots and a million dollar view (including dolphin and manatee sightings), this is your place!

While the house was beautiful, it was not ready after the hurricane and we pretty much paid full price. There were workers in and out during our stay, unannounced, and some of the items were not working properly when we arrived (hot tub, internet, smoke alarm, elevator, pool heater, ipads, no TVs on wall outside by pool, etc.). The door code did not work but the there was maintenance on the property when we arrived and they gave us their code. The communication with us during our stay was very poor. We did not know people were coming to work on property unless we called about an issue. It was very uncomfortable. I did bring these issues to their attention and they refunded me $500 but we paid nearly $7000 for our 3 day stay. It definitely was not worth the money given the issues that we had and the property was definitely not ready for guests when we arrived. They did seem responsive to our concerns and we had a great time, nonetheless, and dealt with the issues.

This house was absolutely beautiful. The pictures look just like the home, pool, and hot tub. We had a wonderful time and we plan to plan another trip within a year. The house was close to many delicious restaurants. Renting an extra golf cart was perfect for 8 people.

This home and location exceeded my expectations! It was the cleanest home I’ve stayed in, the pool/spa/outdoor space was fabulous! Well done! It’s also one of the only homes that provided more than just one toilet paper, paper towel rolls, soap, etc. I came with my supplies but never had to use!The were super responsive. We only had one minor issue with the elevator the day we arrived and they were there to help and fix the issue within minutes! I highly recommend this home and host if you want an amazing stay! Definitely far exceeds some others on the island I’ve stayed at. They care about their guests and it shows.I can’t say enough, thank you for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable! We will be back if you will have us!

Loved the home and section of town. However, the photos are deceiving. There really is no place to sit on the beach near the home. You need to walk a bit to get there. That is my only complaint. All else was great!

This house is amazing. It's right on the beach with beautiful views. We used all the outdoor/pool space which had plenty of seating for our family of 8. The rooms are spacious with a great layout and the house was very clean. We had a couple of minor issues and Dan was at the house within minutes to fix them. Its in a great location-walkable to town. I would highly recommend staying here.

Anna Maria Island just became one of our favorite places in the world!! On Cloud 9 is an awesome house in a great location with everything you could ask for to make your vacation first class!!! We will be back as soon as possible!
