Welcome to It's A Vibe, a 4BR, 3BA house in the family-friendly gated community of Villages of Crystal Beach! You'll enjoy 24/7 on-site security and all of the amenities for a stress free stay. Relax poolside in the resort style pool with waterfalls and hot tub. Take a leisurely 10 minute stroll or hop on the trolly for a direct ride to and from the beach everyday. Wake up every morning and enjoy your own private coffee bar and then cook up a storm in our fully stocked kitchen. ☞ Cleanliness Commitment: Ensuring a pristine environment for our guests ranks high among our priorities. We uphold stringent cleaning standards, going above and beyond to ensure you find your space immaculately maintained. If for any reason, the cleanliness does not meet your expectations and you let us know within the first 24 hours, we will pay to have our cleaning team back out during your stay.

☞ KITCHEN: Fully stocked and remodeled kitchen with brand new countertops and flooring, featuring top-of-the-line appliances like a griddle, ninja blender, crockpot, toaster, instant pot, and a food blender, plus all the cups, plates, and utensils you need for a perfect home-cooked meal.

☞ COFFEE BAR: French press, Keurig, iced coffee, pour over, drip coffee, espresso maker, and electric kettle. A starter pack up 10 K-cups in included as well as a variety of coffee syrups.

☞ BEACH ACCESSORIES: Towels, chairs, tent, umbrella, kids beach toys, beach wagon, coolers, snorkel gear, and floats.

☞ HOUSE ACCESSORIES: Highchair, travel crib, pack-n-play, books, board games, game console, work desk with monitor, and BBQ grill.

☞ RENTAL AGREEMENT: After booking this property, you will have 48 hours to sign a rental agreement listing the guidelines and house rules below.

☞ GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID - We request a copy of your Drivers License or Passport to verify you are the person booking. This must match the name of the person booking and who signs the rental agreement.

☞ SECURITY DEPOSIT: A $400 security deposit will be put on "hold" by the HOST before check-in and released 3 days after check-out.

☞ SECURITY CAMERA: We have a ring doorbell camera at the front door that is on for your protection. Please do not tamper with it.

☞ COMMUNITY GUIDELINES: Villages of Crystal Beach does not allow RV's, trailers, motorcycles, or scooters inside the gated community. There is also frequently lawn and maintenance crews starting to work as early as 7 AM so please take that into consideration if you're a light sleeper

☞ NO PETS: No pets allowed under any circumstances

☞ QUIET HOURS/PARTIES: 10pm-7am. There is a security guard on duty 24/7, violations of this rule will result in a $200 fine and any parties will result in immediate loss of deposit & you will be asked to vacate the property with no refund

☞ PARKNG: There is parking for 3 small or 2 large vehicles in the driveway as well as additional guest parking near the back entrance towards the beach and near the pool area.

☞ GOLF CARTS: You can rent a golf cart for your stay if you are only bringing 2 vehicles. There are only 3 vehicles allowed in the driveway & a golf cart will count as a vehicle (per HOA regulations.). Golf carts CANNOT be parked in overflow parking.

☞ POOL: Each guest will need to wear the wristband provided at check-in, other than small children. Please return all wristbands at checkout.

☞ CANCELLATIONS: No refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages & other things beyond our control

☞ EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECKOUT: We do not allow either to give our cleaner ample time to turn before the next guest.

☞ PERSONAL SUPPLIES: While we strive to offer a few basic amenities to get you off on the right foot, these are not meant to last the duration of your stay. Please expect that you may need additional toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, coffee, etc. Please bring your own personal toiletries, condiments, favorite oils + spices, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, bottled water.

☞ MINIMUM BOOKING AGE: Minimum age to book is 25 or older & must be present unless otherwise approved by us. No third party bookings.

☞ MAINTENANCE: Depending on the issue, we may or may not send maintenance to the property during your stay

☞ The number of people on reservation must not be more than amount listed. Cleaner only leaves enough pool bands & towels for guests listed on reservation

Area Information

Villages of Crystal Beach is a safe and gated community with a 24/7 on-site security guard. The big attraction is the heated lagoon pool complete with waterfalls and hot tub. The neighborhood lay out is also great for taking daily walks. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM everyday. House is within a 8 - 10 minute walk to the white sandy beaches. Tons of shopping and eating across the street in the Destin Commons which is right outside the neighborhood across the highway. The location of this house is close to everything.
