Tons of fun house near Siesta Key

Create memories with friends and family at this unique, and spacious property only 10 minutes from Siesta Key Beach. It is perfect for large groups or reunions as this house includes separate living spaces and has a total of 13 beds. Right behind the main house, you will find a fun area to relax, play games and swim. This property allows you to enjoy time together, but to have your own space.

Lots to enjoy here in paradise. Swim, play volleyball or badminton, as well as other yard games. Chill by the fire pit, lay out in the sun, enjoy a game of darts or ping pong. Use the large dining area to eat, play cards and enjoy time together.

This home is only a 10-12 minute drive from the beach and we have provided some chairs, beach toys and towels to bring along. There are also a couple of pool floaties and we have provided items for children as well (pack n play, high chair, toys) If young children will be present and you’d like us to include a pool motion sensor alarm, please let us know ahead of time.

There are 7 TV’s total and 2 laundry areas.

The main house has an open layout with a large dining area, living room and kitchen. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (can sleep 10)

1 Bedroom unit has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom and a living room and kitchen (can sleep 4) Sleeping arrangements - Bedroom: King bed, Living area: Queen pull out couch

The studio layout has 1 full bathroom, and a mini kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave) and a small table for dining (can sleep 6)

We want you to enjoy your stay and have fun so please let us know if there is anything we can do. We just ask that our guests are respectful of our home and the neighbors.

One pet is allowed, but be sure to put in 1 pet when making the reservation. A $100 pet fee will need to be paid prior to check in.
