This home is along the road leading into the state park and has beautiful bay views to the east and the gulf to the west. The home features a fully stocked kitchen, 3 screen rooms, an open deck on top, and a private 17' swim spa. A large dining table on the back screened deck allows for large family meals outside. Rentals include access to the guest garage and the elevator-allowing easy access from ground level to the main floor of the home-also making the home handicap accessible. The neighborhood is quiet with under 10 homes and has a shared pool and a basketball hoop. Access to the beach is just a quick walk out of the neighborhood with a deeded access boardwalk.

Spend the day on the gulf with white sand beaches and without the crowds or head into the nearby state park for the best of both worlds. While in the state park, you will have walkout access to the beach (no stairs) as well as access to the beautifully clear waters of the bay.

Area Information

Cape San Blas is a beautiful, quiet beach area outside Port St. Joe, FL. Visitors have the opportunity to spend their days on the gulf side at the beach or on the bay side. Both sides offer spectacular views of marine life and clear water. The north end of the cape is known for its clear water, quiet beaches, and close proximity to the state park.
