Spacious master bedroom with a king sized bed which provides you with the rest you need during your vacation. The master bedroom has a TV and a dream ensuite bath with a Roman shower, dual sinks, tub, enclosed toilet area and direct access to glass sliding doors that lead to a screened lanai which provides a bug-free environment.

The heated saltwater swimming pool has plenty of area and lots of privacy to give you endless relaxation time with the crystal clear pool and a soothing foutain. The lanai is furnished with a patio set and a fire pit and four reclining chaise loungers that are perfect for getting that Florida tan. WIreless Sonos Speakers and modern pool lighting can help you create the perfect mood for your pool time. With a dedicated, outdoor bathroom, theres no need to go inside!

Situated on a sanctuary like setting, the backyard, with a Heritage Live Oak and a Staghorn Fern give you a park like setting like few area homes can provide and where you can try to get a glimpse of the elusive the Gopher Tortoise.

The tastefully decorated and furnished second bedroom has a queen sized bed with a large walk-in-closet and a TV.

The third specious bedroom has a full bed and two bunk beds, and a TV, all which providing you a lot of relaxing sleep time.

The guest bedrooms have easy access to a full bath with tub and shower.

The large open concept family room has a massive TV and sound system for movie night. Two sofas and two Zero Gravity loungers provide relaxing comfort and entertaining space.

The house also offers an eat-in kitchen, separate dining room, family/TV room and living-room with sliding doors to the lanai and weekly maintained, electrically heated swimming pool.

Need to work while in paradise? No worries. The seperate, private office features french doors, two monitors, high end office chair, dock, and super fast 500+ MBPS internet service, which is nearly impossible to get elsewhere in Rotonda West.

Surrounding the pool is the caged lanai which gives you a larger area to make the most of the luxury outdoor time.

Furniture, tables and chairs are included.

The attached garage contains everything needed for a day at Gasparilla Lighthouse Beach on Boca Grande or Manasota Key Beach, both less than 20 min away and in the top 10 beaches in Florida. So take the included beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella and have a blast at the beach. Note - the garage contains owners vacation vehicle. Guest parking in driveway.

Our home is ok for the one or two night grandkid visit, but is really catered to the Classic Snowbird crowd that loves the florida sun and the Rotonda Peace and Quiet.

A few minutes’ drive will take you to many beautiful beach areas with plentiful fishing local and deep sea opportunity, mini golf, go carts, beaches, restaurants, shopping, air boats and many more attractions. A short drive will take you to the prestigious Boca Grande, a residence of some of the rich and famous.

This home sits on a 76' wide x 180' deep lot and backs up to a green belt and the Butterford Waterway. Located minutes from Golfing, Fishing, Boating and Shopping.
