Area Information
Three bedroom and two bath newly renovated house with modern features. The spacious open living room with vaulted ceilings includes a comfortable couch with HDTV and DVD player and Bose speakers. The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and a large gas stove. The dining table comfortably seats 6. There is also an attached area with three bar stools to eat at. Beautiful art work that you will always remember.
The large master suite has a king bed with a large totally remodeled bathroom. The shower has a rain shower head and gorgeous stone tile. The art work in this area is also beautiful.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second bathroom is also newly remodeled with stone tile and a tub.
The relaxing back yard with awesome patio lighting and fountains includes a large pergola with Adirondack chairs to sit back and relax in. You will be surrounded by old growth fruit trees and unbelievable tropical plants. The back porch is screened in and has comfortable patio couches and a dining table that seats 6. There is also a dining table and chairs on the pool deck along with Adirondack chairs to relax.
The art work outside is like nothing you have seen in just about every corner of the yard.

The neighborhood is super quiet on on a out of the way street. This is the perfect house to meditate, relax and just chill out.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
Marco Island is only 6 miles long by 4 miles wide. So everything is close by. There are three beach access points on Marco. Each is a little over 2 miles from the house. Publix and Walgreens are about 0.9 miles away.

About the owner: I moved to Marco Island in 1980 and my husband moved here in 1961. My husband has been an executive chef in the area for years. He is now retired. I was a charter boat captain for years on Marco, then ran a home daycare in the home for 27 years. I am now retired. We now rent out our home. We own a second home in East Naples. So when the Marco house is rented we move in there. When its not rented, we live in the Marco home.
Why this property? There is no other home like ours on Marco. The art work and the tropical gardens are very unique.
