The single story villa (all rooms on ground floor) includes 2 master bedrooms with en-suites bathrooms and 2 further twin bedded rooms which share an adjoining bathroom. This villa is fully air conditioned and perfect for one or two families, making this an ideal vacation rental home.

A well equipped kitchen, with dining table and breakfast bar, including all appliances of washer, dryer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal, fridge freezer, and cutlery and cooking utensils.
The outdoor pool area is extremely spacious with a full size pool which can be heated for an additional fee. The patio area is brick paved, with a covered lanai and eating area with outdoor seating.
The villa also has a games room with a pool table, table tennis table & dart board to keep the young family entertained.
High Grove Resort is located in a peaceful gated community 6 miles west of Walt Disney World where U.S. 192 meets HWY27. On site facilities include a fabulous clubhouse with a reception, gym, internet room, playroom, and a large communal heated pool and spa, all this is available for your use at no extra cost. There is even a British Bar just outside of the gates should you fancy a pint!

The location was great, a very nice and super clean area. The Villa was great and exceeded our expectations. It had all amenities and then some and was super clean which was very much appreciated. Property management team was fantastic and responded quickly to a minor issues that we had. i wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when and if the opportunity arises.

We were due to stay at VIP villas in April 2020. Sadly due to the worldwide Corona Pandemic we had to cancel our booking as couldn’t physically get there. We were absolutely devastated. We also found out that we were not covered by our travel insurance.Stephen and Johanna were very understanding considering they are a business and have lost money too and worked hard to offer us other solutions to still make our trip happen in the future. Even from the very beginning they have been excellent at communicating with me.I look forward to making our dream trip happen at their villa next year instead. Lovely villa in a great location and with all the facilities you could possibly need. Lots of space and good beds. Minor change would be to drop the ACsetting a couple of degrees as 77 degrees is a bit warm for comfy sleep but I’m sure this can be altered in future

After quite a bit of research I found this home located within a few miles of all the attractions. This unit was much cheaper compared to similar places with comparable amenities and the same number of bedrooms, however, it exceeded my expectations and considered a bargain. The house was clean, spacious, and well equipped. My kids enjoyed the pool and game room. When there was an issue with the pool heat and filter not being turned on the owner was made aware and it was taken care of swiftly. Overall, great experience and would definitely rent again!***Make sure to have your reservation with check in and check out dates included when initially entering the subdivision or you will not be allowed to enter.***

It was an amazing location and amazing home. We loved every minute of being here. Kids loved the pool, and we adored the lake view with amazing wildlife scenes. The owners thought of everything at this home that helps you have a great stay. They are quick to respond to all questions and are very accommodating for all needs. I will definitely recommend to everyone and will come back again!
