We are a close drive to several local shopping malls as well as the main beaches of Bonita springs. The home is located in Stoney Brook of Estero gated community where you will have access to amenities including- playground, library, 2 large pools, spa, basketball and pickle ball courts, exercise room and more. The community is on Stoney brook golf course and guests can access discounted golf fares. Off street parking and a garage are available.

We are less then 1 mile from the Miromar outlet mall with amazing shopping including Vineyard vines, under armor, crocks and more. There is no shortage of options when it comes to exceptional dining in the area. We are about 1 mile from the onramp to 75 which takes you to Naples in less then 15 minuets. A typical drive to the Bonita springs beaches is about 15-18 minutes.
Stoneybrook community itself has plenty of opportunity for walking on well maintained side walks, riding your bike or fishing in the lake behind the house. The stoney brook golf course that the property sits on is a public course. Rental guests can enjoy discounted rates during their stay.

House Rules
No parties. What constitutes a party? -no gatherings that exceed 10 people. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Any repeat disruption to the neighborhood will results in termination of stay.
Animals- 1 pet is allowed. Its weight can not exceed 50 lbs. The community requires you pick up after your animal.
No smoking inside home.
Refund Policy- Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

About the owner: We are a family of 4 that primarily resides in the finger lakes region of New York. Tyler is a mortgage loan officer, Brigette is a Physician assistant and our children are both still in grade school. We love Florida and hope to some day spend more time there but for now we enjoy sharing our property with others!
Why this property? Southern Florida stays warm usually all year round (or at least warmer then NY). We have lots of friends in the Bonita springs area who have introduced us to the unique features in this region. The beaches are lovely. The ocean is typically very calm. The shopping is unparalleled in my opinion! The proximity to the everglades and keys makes driving to plenty of adventures possible.
