No parties. What constitutes a party? -no gatherings that exceed 10 people. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. Any repeat disruption to the neighborhood will results in termination of stay.
Animals- 1 pet is allowed. Its weight can not exceed 50 lbs. The community requires you pick up after your animal.
No smoking inside home.
Refund Policy- Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

We returned to the house after two years and were once again delighted! It is clean, comfortable, and spacious, with nice touches like snacks and drinks upon our arrival. Communication with Brigette is flawless; she is incredibly kind and truly cares about her guests' well-being. Our children love the house too—especially the pool! I could certainly say even more positive things; overall, it is simply fantastic! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We really enjoyed our time in the house! It has all the amenities you need. The children especially loved the pool, where they spent hours. The landlady is very nice, helpful and answers questions immediately. We felt very comfortable in the Stoneybrook community. We would book the house again on our next visit!
