4 BEDROOMS & 3 BATHROOMS:
The first floor boasts a bedroom with a luxurious king-sized bed, just steps away from
a convenient 3/4 bathroom.
Upstairs, a king master suite complete with a full bathroom provides relaxation and
tranquility.
Two additional bedrooms cater to families and friends, the “Puzzle Room” with 2 double
beds and the “Pirate Room” with 2 charming twin beds. The whimsical decor of the
Disney pirate room is where young swashbucklers could dream of high-seas adventures
and treasure hunts. A colorful, hand-painted mural depicting pirate ships, hidden coves,
and parrots, invites young minds to explore their many adventures. A 3/4 bathroom is
conveniently located across from these rooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for
all.
THE LIVING SPACE:
Our goal is to provide our guests with a seamless and enjoyable experience.
A full laundry room on the second floor allows you to wash laundry at your convenience
(so you can pack less)!
Living room and bedrooms offer Rokus which include the Spectrum cable app, ensuring
entertainment and relaxation for all. As well as ceiling fans to stir the air and keep a
comfortable climate.
A spacious dining table with seating for eight encourages gatherings and shared meals,
while a large breakfast bar provides additional seating for four.
The expansive kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and all the
essentials, invites culinary adventures or quick access to warm up leftovers and snacks.
OUTDOORS:
You will enjoy a private pool, enticing you to take a refreshing dip and soak up the
Florida sunshine. The pool is screened in and includes a covered Lanai, with ceiling fan,
providing a shady retreat for those seeking respite from the midday heat. As you gaze
out over the backyard, a calm lake offers beautiful views of radiant sunsets and a
thriving ecosystem of wildlife. Natural wetlands on the resort property, complete with a
picturesque boardwalk, invite you to explore the untouched beauty of nature.

Unique Benefits

We chose this property as our vacation home for so many reasons. Obviously, location to Disney World was the main reason. But there were many to choose from. Our home caught our eye due to the resort, Paradise Palms, is a quaint resort with bright homes. We chose our little piece of Paradise for it's location on the water, no backyard neighbors. It is also just a few hundred feet to the clubhouse, an easy walk yet far enough away to enjoy quiet.
When we say no backyard neighbors, we do have a few. Sandhill cranes, turtles and the occasional alligator are enjoying the natural area.
There is also a natural and protected wetlands on property, with a nice bridge for a morning or evening walk.

Why Kids Love It

You ask why do the kids love it? Private pool! That might be obvious, but it is so true. Very easy to enjoy a meal, snack or drink while watching the kids in the pool. Although we never let the kids have all the fun. It is the perfect way to cool off or relax on an off-park day.

Free movies three times a day in the resort movie theater!!

The game room and sports courts at the resort, as well as splash pad and big pool with slide.

The Mickey Mouse pirate room is both an adult and kid favorite. The handpainted mural has three hidden Mickeys. The room has the treasure maps from Adventure Land adorning the walls. Boys and girls alike love this room as well as the puzzle room with Disney puzzles on the walls.
