The "Sweet Retreat" is just 6 miles to Disney! This "Sweet" Villa has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths and sparkling Sunny private pool... Perfect for families & "Sweet" on your feet with all tile in the main rooms & carpet in the bedrooms.
The living room feels bright and airy. It's very comfortable with new reclining sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dish washer, double door refrigerator and everything you would need to have breakfast in or a light dinner....the adjacent dining area has sliders to the pool area and BBQ. The master bedroom has a TV and the adjacent en-suite bathroom has a door out to the pool area. The "Sweet" room has two twin beds and a TV and has a "yummy" feel - There is a hall bath with shower and tub and an additional guest room with TV. Fun game room with pool table & foosball. Sweet Home - Great Location.

Margaritaville is close by with it's dine in movie theater, water park, and out dining spots. There is a choice of grocery stores nearby such as Walmart, Publix and SuperTarget. You are close to highway 192, I-4 and the 429. Easy to get anywhere.

Right beside Margaritaville is a small complex which has boutique shops and even a dine-in cinema. Besides Margaritaville, there is a variety of restaurants within minutes of the home.

I grew up in the UK. My parents took us to Florida on vacation and we fell in love with Disney. They tried to take us twice a year. We love the area and get to relive the magic all over again through the eyes of our kids.
Why this property? We love the quiet neighborhood and how it is close to everything. The location is perfect. The home is the perfect size and layout. Kids love the pool and playing in the game room. It has a door from the bathroom to the pool which is such a plus. It's our Sweet Retreat.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do do we have to go somewhere and get a key?
No. The home has a keypad on the door. We assign you a code. You can check in Any time after 4 PM. Check out is 10 AM.
Is the $69 damage deposit waiver insurance refunded?
No. It is an insurance that covers accidental reported damage up to $800.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are "considered". Service pets welcome. There is an extra cleaning fee of $100 for the required anti-allergy spray for the next guests that may have allergies.

The neighborhood was quiet, which was really nice. The layout of the house was perfect for the 5 of us. (All adults). The pool was perfect! It was the ideal size and offered plenty of sun and fun. We had everything we needed inside and out. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Florida house to stay in for (3) months January, February, & March. Everything we needed was there. The private pool was heated and wonderful. Sweet Retreat was a perfect pet-friendly home. We have stayed there (5) years and will be back in 2025.
