Located in The Ocean Jewels Resort both are remodeled with new cabinets, flooring, appliances, large TV with cable and streaming. Wonderful heated salt water pool plus a 2nd pool will be ready shortly and BBQ area right on the beach! Gym with all the equipment needed to stay in shape! Good restaurants and things to do nearby and a convenience store across the street as well as laundry rooms on property convenient laundry facilities.. Quiet area but not far from all the Daytona craziness!
UNIT #1 - has a very large balcony but does not face the ocean. It has a semi private bedroom with full size bed and a queen pullout sofa. It has a rainfall shower.
UNIT #2 - has a balcony with side ocean view. It has a queen bed and full size sofa bed.
Both units have a full refrigerator, microwave, air fryer for baking, induction stovetop, koreig c9ffee machine with coffee, suger, cream, other small appliances, dishes, pans, linens, ect, high tc linens, towels,and flat screen large tvs with cable , streaming and wifi .


The space
Enjoy your morning coffee in the balcony, feeling the ocean breeze on your skin. What a way to start the day! Beach chairs and towels are provided when you are ready to hit the beach or the heated salt water pool or the 2nd new pool opening soon. Charcoal grills and tables are located near the beach for your use. Rain? Not a problem! Cozy up in front of your huge 55 in flat screen TV with streaming, cable and wifi or enjoy provided board games, books, the retro Nintendo system. Prefer not to cook? One of Daytonas' best restaurants, Adam's Egg, is right on the property! Of course, there is also the gym for you die hards. WONDERFUL quiet, friendly building. You may never want to leave!

Other things to note
* Please read check-in instructions as multiple buildings may be confusing. I've done my best to give detailed directions, but call if there is any problem. Your building is the one with the Ocean Hewels sign inbfront of it.
**You should receive your door code the day of arrival, but if not, don't hesitate to call me.
You need a key fob to access the private pool area, beach, and other areas, which you will find on the dresser. Please dont forget to leave it as there is a $100 fee from the HOA to replace. Obtain a parking pass from the manager if he is there when you check in. if not the next morning.
***** The induction stovetop has safety features to be aware of. You must have a pan on the burner for it to work and then push down on the knib and turn to unlock it.
*****Contact in advance if crib is needed.
Unit is privately owned, so any issues need to be addressed with me directly, although I try to ensure there won't be any! You can request an early one hour check-in/out late out, which im happy to offer at no charge if I don't have other guests checking out or coming in. There is an additional $25 per hour for addt time.
