Welcome to our private island that is our piece of paradise! As you enter our gated complex, note the lush tropical atmosphere as well as the heated pool. In this area you will also see the walk-in freezer that is available to store your bait as well as your catch. Park beneath our large structure that has room for four vehicles or even your boat trailer. Note our marina, with the dock that is included (with an extra charge) with your stay as well as the convenient fish cleaning station. Docks are new with water, electric and night lighting. Take the convenient elevator up to unit 10. This oceanside condo is a townhouse style with gorgeous views of the water just 20 feet away. Condo sleeps six (one King and two Queen beds) with a large, upper primary bedroom and bath. Decks on both floors are furnished and perfect for sunrise viewings as well as star gazing. Modern, full kitchen boasts a large bar with stools for dining and cocktail hour(s). Washer and dryer are included. Relax in the living room on the recliner sofa and enjoy cable television to make your keys vacation a memorable experience.
Centrally located between Islamorada and Marathon makes easy access from Key Largo to Key West. Tiki bars, restaurants, and sunset celebrations await. Come join the fun in the unique and one and only Conch Republic.

Most nights they also have live entertainment.

About the owner: We are lucky enough to be a part of the wonderful family that is Oceanside Isle. On a visit to friends, we fell in love with the place hoping that someday a unit would open up for purchase. When it did, we began our official Keys journey. Slowly upgrading our unit and renting it out to carefully screened renters. Fast forward, we now are official snowbirds, sharing our winters here with family and friends.
Why this property? There are so many reasons that this was the property for us! We love the privacy of our little island and the security of our gate. 12 units make for a family feel that is unavailable in larger complexes. Everyone looks out for each other! The boat slip and access to the 'front' and the 'back' is imperative as well as having the bridge close by for convenience. And the views.....unsurpassed! Needless to say-we love it here!
