This second-floor, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo overlooks a lovely pond and protected wetlands leading directly out to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. Property is professionally designed with a luxurious and modern look and feel.

Enjoy 1300 sq feet of magnificent and inviting living space with a living room and large island for entertaining and gatherings. Enjoy watching television on the impressive 75 inch television while seated on the cozy sectional. YouTube TV is provided on all tv's. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining area with a huge dining table that seats 6 people comfortably. The master suite showcases a beautiful king size bed, a 43 inch smart tv, a large walk in closet and inviting bathroom. The second bedroom suite with adjoining bathroom features a queen sized bed, large closet, and 32 inch smart tv. The third bedroom features a king size bed, large closet and also has a 32 inch smart tv. This condo features Hunter ceiling fans in each bedroom and the living room. There is a screened lanai at the rear end of the condo that features enjoyable patio furniture and is perfect for your early morning coffee, watching those spectacular Punta Gorda sunsets, or catching up with company for late night drinks. Keep cool out on the lanai with the breeze provided by the tropical ceiling fan.

The brand-new community at Heritage Landing is a golfer’s dream located just 16 minutes away from the Punta Gorda Airport and 39 miles from Ft Meyers Airport. Play a round on the 18 hole championship golf course designed by award-winning architect, Gordon Lewis. This course is not only beautiful but it is designed to be challenging to players of all levels. After a relaxing round of golf, guests will be able to enjoy several other amenities. Condo includes one covered parking spot. Additional guest parking is also available. $25 fee payable to the HOA upon arrival if you want a gate transponder for easier access during your stay in the community.

The Heritage Landing Golf and Country Club community is a brand new exclusive community in Punta Gorda. While there will be construction on site, it will not interfere with your stay or use of the golf course and on site-services.

Guard gated community, Golf and HOA amenity membership transfer is an additional $250, however, the cost will be covered by the owner for enhanced guest experience. The HOA requires transfer forms to be filled out ahead of your arrival. Guests of members are welcome as long as they are accompanied by the member at all times in the facilities. There is a $10 fee per person for clubhouse access card for entry to the clubhouse and pool.

The Golf and Country Club membership is unlimited and provides you with unlimited use of this luxury resort's facilities. Golf cart rentals are at a separate fee.

Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
