The kitchen is fully updated with everything you would need. Stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker (Keurig and standard drip) , blender, pots, pans dishes etc.
Large living room dining room area open to enclosed sunroom fully furnished and decorated.
Cable TV is furnished in the living room, master, and guest room. High-Speed internet included.
Step out back to your private boat dock, (1 bridge to the harbor,) a new saltwater pool, above-ground jacuzzi, gas grill, and deck furniture. The fish are always jumping!

A deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before check-in.
Cancellation Policy: Traveler who cancels at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid. A traveler who cancels at least 30 days before check-in will get back 50% of the amount they’ve paid. Travelers who cancel closer than 30 days prior to check-in will receive no refund.

We moved to Florida 3 years ago after growing up in NY and then raising our family in Atlanta Georgia. We had a weekend home at Lake Harwell in SC and really missed weekends on the water.
We now permanently live in Nokomis Flordia, although we are only 4 miles from the beach we missed being right on the water. That led us to Port Charlotte where we found this really cute "old Flordia " house on the canal. When not rented we enjoy staying at the house, swimming, fishing, and kayaking. The landscaping is beautiful and it's great sitting under a palm tree looking out at the fish jumping and the ducks swimming.
We are very comfortable there and hope you will be too.
Why this property? Love swimming in the pool with the canal view.
We also enjoy the many restaurants and bars with live music in Port Charlott and Punta Gorda.
Must try Pioneer Pizza! Great Pizza and Rock Bands.

Cara's house in Port Charlotte was perfect. The house was clean and well appointed. Located near any amenities you could want; restaurants, stores, car wash etc..were minutes away. The canal view was particularly interesting and ever changing. Thoughtful touches provided by Cara and Bill were over and above what we have experienced in other Florida rentals. All in all a great experience with friendly owners.

Wake up with a cup of coffee to an amazing water view. Then take a walk to the Port Charlotte Beach Park to play pickleball, basketball or just enjoy the area. The pool is lovely, and the hosts are even lovelier. The house is very clean and well equipped. We can't wait until Sun Seekers resort opens-December 15th, only a short distance away with 11 specialty restaurants. We will be back to Port Charlotte! Thanks Cara!
