About the host: My husband, Glen and I purchased this property in May 2022 after scouring SWFL in the fall of 2021 for the perfect home away from home. As Canadian citizens we were looking for a place to eventually spend our winters that had sun, golf and close to amenities to keep us forever young. We are recently retired but not yet able to spend as much time in Florida as we would like! Our loss is your gain...you get to share in the amazing Heritage experience.
Glen is a retired Project Manager and now works as a Golf Marshall and I am a retired Accountant. We love to be active, spending time with our grandchildren, children and parents.
Why this property? We were drawn to the quiet and quaint downtown area and look forward to its many festivals and exploring the locally owned restaurants. We both love to golf, play pickle ball and we have been enjoying meeting all the permanent and seasonal residents at Heritage Landing. It is one of the most welcoming communities we have had the privilege of being a part of and we look forward to spending many months exploring and getting to know the area.

Highly recommend!
We were pleasantly surprised when we first drove into the Heritage Landing community - it’s beautiful! This unit is nicely decorated, clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the golf/sunset view is incredible. We enjoyed the community amenities including pickleball, golf, and pools. The owners of the unit are friendly and easy to work with.
