Our fabulous 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom luxury vacation villa is set in the tranquil location of beautiful Watersong, with no rear neighbours the property overlooks a conservation area at the rear.

The villa sleeps 10 guests and boasts a private south facing pool/spa as well as a games room.

At the rear of the property there is a well presented, impressively light and airy area with sofas & seating. This will be the most used area, as a family, in the villa. The soft furnishings are plenty and comfortable. An ideal place to relax at the end of a hectic day out and about. There is direct access to the south facing pool/deck/spa.

Towards the front of the villa is a second TV/Office room. A perfect space to watch TV, or if you do need to check-in on your work set up.

A fully functional, spacious, kitchen is provided for your convenience.
The kitchen is fitted with cooker/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cutlery, crockery, utensils. Everything you will need to exercise those culinary skills. If you don’t feel like cooking, pick up the phone and order a takeaway. A nook provides space for the breakfast table. There is a further formal dining space in addition to the nook

The south facing very private pool/spa and deck space look out over a conservation area, so complete privacy as you are not overlooked. This area has a large, covered lanai (patio), where you can take some respite from the Florida sunshine. In addition, there are loungers provided for the sun worshippers. A very inviting space.

A safety fencing is available to stop young children entering the pool unsupervised.
The pool can be heated (optional extra).

As there are no houses at the back overlooking the villa, it is truly an escape from the hustle and bustle.

A well-stocked Games room is also available for your use including a Pool Table & Air Hockey

There is a laundry room with washer & dryer.

Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, TV, built in wardrobes

Bedroom 5: Bunk beds, TV, built in wardrobes. Harry Potter themed.

Bedrooms 4 & 5 share the fourth bathroom


All bed linen and towels are provided.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.

Hi speed Wi-Fi and air con throughout the villa.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.


There is also off-street parking for two cars.

FREE EV Charger:

The Tesla Mobile connector Gen 2 ( A) will be ready to charge your EV upon arrival. This is a NEMA 14-50 EV Charger 32A, and will add up to 30 miles/hour.

For non-Tesla EV guests, please bring an adapter that is compatible and works with the Tesla mobile Charger Gen 2 for their EV model. There will be a charge if the charger is damaged or missing at the end of the stay.

Guests must notify us two days before the check-in day if they need EV charging to avoid setup fees after check-in


This location is ideally placed as it is less than 20 minutes away from Disney.

In addition to all that Disney Worlds offers don't forget the Universal theme Parks, Sea World, Water Parks and fine restaurants, theatres & nightclubs.

There are a couple of world class golf courses nearby and don't forget the Disney golf courses for an extra special experience.

For the keen shoppers you are within easy driving distance of downtown Orlando which is a shopper’s paradise, including the Outlet Malls.

Watersong Resort is located just off the HWY 17/92 in Davenport the Watersong Resort is an ideal place to explore all that the Orlando theme parks have to offer.
