We have vacationed in PCB for many years and have always stayed in a condo. This was our first home rental and it did not disappoint. This home was incredible offering bikes and a private pool and such a short walk to the beach. Jocelynn was amazing to work with and the check in process was a breeze. We will definitely rent with her again.

We just loved the Blue Pearl! This house is in a very quiet location. Not a bad walk to the beach at all. The beach carts in the garage were a huge help to get everything to the beach easily. Lots of chairs too! The pool was just perfect for our toddlers. Sweet backyard oasis we enjoyed relaxing in during naps! All the beds were very comfortable. Jocelyn did a great job communicating with us and even gave me a heads up when bad weather was coming. This is a special beach house great for families to stay! We don’t have any complaints whatsoever!
