Perfect for families, Blue Pearl is a beautiful little gem in a quiet neighborhood on the west end of PCB and an easy walk to Public beach accesses 89, 90, 91 & 92.
It's a great location, equally close to all of the shopping, dining and fun of PCB, PierPark & Rosemary Beach/30A!
A craftsman-style bungalow with gorgeous finishes, including marble & tile floors, granite countertops and stainless appliances. New furnishings and linens in 2021 are the perfect complement to create an inviting and comfortable stay.
The bedrooms each have ceiling fans, large closets, dressers and blackout shades.
Primary bedroom: King bed, dual granite vanities, dual shower heads, (one is rain,) in walk-in marble shower with teak seat, walk-in closet.
Guest bedroom 1: Queen bed, dressing table, French-door closet, luggage rack
Guest bedroom 2: Queen/Full XL bunk bed, French-door closet, luggage rack

Outside boasts a beautiful private pool and covered patio with seating. We also have a patio/pergola area with outdoor dining/seating.

Area Information
The west end of Panama City Beach is a wonderful destination for families and couples. Sunnyside is a quiet neighborhood nestled between Front Beach and Back Beach Road just before they come together at the far west end of PCB/Bay County. It is mostly single-family homes and beachfront homes.

About the owner: I grew up vacationing in Panama City Beach. I brought my husband for his first look at the beautiful sugar-sand beaches when we were first married. Since that time, it has been a goal to own a property in PCB. In the meantime, my husband and I have raised 4 children. I have held the job title of "Stay-at-Home Mom" for 17 years before we decided to make the leap and invest in this property. I had a wonderful time putting everything together for the perfect family beach getaway. With many years of experience in the hospitality industry, I enjoy working with guests to ensure they have a great stay and my accounting degree helps me keep the books straight!
