Amenities include all linens for the beds, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and towels in both bathrooms, complimentary coffee, tea, creamer and sugar for first few days. Fully equipped kitchen, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, plates, utensils, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher tabs, glasses, blender, toaster, crockpot and air fryer. DAMAGE AND INCIDENTALS:
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

About the owner: We fell in love with the view of the St. John’s River the day we came to see if we wanted to purchase the condo. What’s not to love? We live only 42 miles from this location, so if we are needed or can be of assistance, please contact us.
Why this property? We love being on the River for fishing and just overall peace and quiet that Welaka brings.

We had a great time at this condo in Welaka. Lu & Tom were friendly, welcoming and very informative about the area. The condo was clean, beautiful, well equipped and felt like home. The location was great for the day trips we took to St Augustine, Daytona and Crescent Beach. There were restaurants close by and the food was great! We look forward to returning some day soon.
