Why this property? We love being on the River for fishing and just overall peace and quiet that Welaka brings.

I just returned from a very fun and relaxing Welaka vacation. This was my fourth stay in Welaka and it won't be my last, and I know that these accommodations at Tom & LuAnn's will always be my go to place to stay. The condo was so comfortable, great location, amenities and views. They truly thought of everything you need. Welaka is such a fun place to visit with so many friendly and welcoming residents.

We had a great time at this condo in Welaka. Lu & Tom were friendly, welcoming and very informative about the area. The condo was clean, beautiful, well equipped and felt like home. The location was great for the day trips we took to St Augustine, Daytona and Crescent Beach. There were restaurants close by and the food was great! We look forward to returning some day soon.
