This 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a deep canal with easy boating access to open water.

The Master has a King bed, 2nd bedroom has a Queen. There is an extra sleeping area with a queen and twin bunk bed, 1/2 bath and outdoor enclosed shower. 2 beach bikes and 1 double and 1 single kayak are included with this rental. Dock your boat on the concrete seawall. Enjoy a ice cold libation under the tiki hut by the pool. Relax on the large screened in porch overlooking the canal.

There is an outdoor shower and fenced in yard.

Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation in writing 90 days or more before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 and Administrative fee. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your payment and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your payment and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund. If the Florida Keys are closed for weather related or other emergencies for your arrival date, you will be given the opportunity to re-schedule your reservation or receive a refund.
