Erin B.Perfect homebase for Florida getaway
Upon arrival, home was spotless and very tidy. Pool and lanai area was heavenly, especially when escaping from a Midwest subzero winter. Host was very responsive throughout stay and responded to texts promptly; this made it easy to ask questions instead of guessing at certain instructions/features. Home is complete with a 3-ring binder packed with instructions and tidbits about local attractions. Size of the home was perfect for a girls' weekend (there were 4 of us that stayed the weekend). Kitchen was well-stocked with essential items. Lots of beach gear/items to choose from in garage. Location of rental was very convenient, being just a few blocks from Tamiami Trail which lead to many adventures of thrift shopping, beach combing, and Florida dining!

"Destinations"...Historic Venice...Sarasota & Longboat Key....Siesta Key... Also several Farmers Markets in the immediate area...shopping....Publix... Wal-Mart...CVS & Walgreens all close to Villa Gator..The villa is totally updated and new everything with all high quality furnishings. WOW!!!! Quiet and immaculate yard & pool. Cleaning person was very nice and Helpful at check-in...we liked her a lot.
