With only a few minutes drive to several beautiful beaches, our Villa Happy Gator is ideally located for all beach lovers.

Walk along the fantastic coastline and find our world-famous fossil shark teeth. Or simply relax in your sun chair and watch the waves. Chances are good you see a bunch of dolphins.

Supermarkets are only 5 minutes away. The charming town of Venice with its lovely historic downtown, numerous restaurants, bars, shops and galleries invite to stroll around.

The rental period is 30 days, what means, that our Villa Happy Gator will not be rented out more than once every 30 days.
