This House consists of an upstairs home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which boasts a King suite and 2 queen bedrooms perfect for 3 couples or a family of 7(a cot is provided for smaller adults or children), and up to 9 people by adding on the downstairs queen studio for an additional fee.
***STUDIO SPACE*** We also have a one bed/one bath studio with separate entrance that includes a full size fridge and microwave downstairs if more room is needed for an additional fee. Please inquire about this if interested--this is also available to rent separately.

Enjoy sunrise bay views from the porch which is accessed from two bedrooms and living room. We have a fenced in yard with a fire pit which is great for pets.
Located next door to San Flea Rentals, this house comes with $300 worth of equipment for the week to enjoy bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs, canopies and fishing equipment, even Blackstone griddles! They have it all!
We are also located about a half mile from the Cape Trading Post.
This property comes with beach equipment rentals from San Flea Rentals. $300 for 7 nights or more, $150 for 3-6 nights. If rented separately the studio will come with $125 worth of rental gear 3-6 nights and $200 for 7 nights or more.

Downstairs Queen Studio with a separate entrance can be added to the main house rental for an additional $75 a night or can be rented for 2 guests privately for $165 a night. Please inquire about this if interested. Also ask for an off season rate for multiple nights/weekly rental for the studio between November/February.
Reservation and Refund policy:
*50% of the balance is due upon booking unless other agreements are made. Any remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking the reservation and at least 60 days before check in to receive a full refund minus a $100 Admin Fee. Guests are eligible for a 50% refund if canceled within 30 days of the check in date. There will be no refund for any cancelations less than 30 days to rental date unless in the event of a major hurricane that is expected to make land fall in the immediate area and in which you are unable to travel. If evacuated while here your stay will be prorated for the unused time.
All weekly rentals will require a security deposit as a “hold” on your card on an agreed upon amount and will be released after the check out inspection. This hold will be placed 7 days prior to check in and the door code will be released at this time for access to the rental. Less than weekly rentals a $200 security deposit will be required. This can also be done by a personal check written at check in and will be destroyed after check out inspection.
This property comes with $300.00 equipment rental for 7 night stay and $150.00 for 3 night stay from San Flea Rentals. The studio rented separately will receive $125 equipment rental for a 3-6 night reservation and $200 equipment rental for more than 7 nights.
*Max is 2 dogs and/or cats.
*Boat Dock is shared with 2 other residents. Please be mindful of the tide schedule when docking a watercraft.

We have been coming to the cape for several years and have rented several different houses. This house was great for my husband and me. It was by far, the cleanest house we have ever rented. The king bed was very comfortable, and the back porch is a fabulous place to eat and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, as did the bathrooms. Lots of special details for guest. The ice machine was an added bonus. Stacy was great to work with and made the booking process easy. We will be back in July with our children and grands. Thanks for a wonderfully relaxing week.

One of the most appointed homes we've stayed in. Absolutely everything you could possibly want in the spacious kitchen, including various spices and condiments. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and towels were plush and soft. The living room furniture was new and very comfortable. Almost forgot to mention that the two decks were awesome with tables, chairs and a hammock that was great for a quick snooze. Yep...perfect in every way. Coming back for sure.

This was our 8th trip to the Cape. We've stayed in a lot of nice, fun houses. However, Catch of the Bay is now our clear favorite! The owners treated us like family. The house is modern, clean, well laid out, and very comfortable. It was the best stocked kitchen we've seen so far. They gave us an allowance at the San Flea Rentals that we partially used on kayaks and crab traps. We usually get bikes as well but we didn't need them this year. Beach access was easy and close. The thing that really set it apart was the quality and ease of bay access! We spend a lot of time each year fishing, looking for wildlife, and sight seeing in the bay. We could leave our kayaks on the dock each day instead of having to haul them around. The dock was also a great place for happy hour or just a place to sit and read. If you like this review and decide to go, pls. do us one favor: Don't tell anyone! Highly recommend!

Catch of the Bay offered everything we needed and then some!From Stacy, the owners fantastic communication to a kitchen stocked with EVOO, salt and pepper, zip locks, tin foil etc. All the little things we travelers often forget. It was SO nice to have an extra laundry pod or 5 as well. Stacy definitely thinks in advance about her future guests and what we may find useful. Much appreciated!! Walk to the beach was quick, dock for the boat, fence for the dogs and a screened in porch for an evening cocktail or morning cup of coffee. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Catch of the Bay. You won’t be disappointed.The Wood family

This house is an absolute gem! We have being coming to the cape for 35 years and this will be our forever rental. Had everything we need a boat dock for the fishermen in the family and a very short walk to the beach, so short that our 6 and 4 year olds never complained.Loved this house and Stacy is an awesome host!

OK, so there is no need to stay anywhere else if visiting Cape San Blas!!! This adorable establishment is definitely a home away from home! It is the perfect size for a small/mid sized family. Not too big that you get lost and not too small that you don't have room to spread out. The huge back porch and cute front porch give ample room to enjoy the outdoors as well. The furnishings and beds are super comfy. The extremely well stocked kitchen has anything you might need to whip up a meal - small appliances, lots of dishes, really great knives...really, anything you need...even an ice cream scoop!!! There is even a studio apartment downstairs if you need extra space or have someone visiting you while you're on vacation like we did. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk on the Gulf side and the dock associated with the property on the Bay side(my favorite) is a super easy stroll. Be sure to stop by San Flea Rentals for a Kayak which is right next door and the kayaks are already in the water for you! Oh, and if you want to go for a bike ride on the trails...they have a bike for every size. I was just extremely impressed with this property/location ... definitely one of if not THE top of my list for temporary homes for rent(and I've stayed at my fair share). I hope I didn't leave anything out but if I did, the owner is quick with answers and dedicated to ensuring you have a great stay!

Mark M.This rental property went beyond our expectations.
I was impressed with this rental property in so many ways. First off, if you have dogs this place is perfect. Having a fenced in front yard made everything so much easier & made the dogs happier too. The fire pit was a nice touch & the dogs were able to play in the yard while we sat outside & enjoyed the evenings by the fire. The front & back porch's were very nice. I was impressed with the size of the back porch & we sat out there a lot, ate breakfast, played games & enjoyed the nice weather. This rental is stocked with everything you need. I soon realized I had overpacked once I got there. The kitchen has it all, blender, crock pot, can opener, cheese grater, dutch oven, air fryer just to name a few. Plenty of pots & pans, dishes, silverware & a very nice knife set, anything you need to cook with. The kitchen even provided salt & pepper, spices & even 3 different flavors of olive oil. I have never stayed in a rental that was stocked as nice as this one was. All 3 beds were very comfortable & had nice TV's in every bedroom. There are plenty of games to play on those rainy days & even a complete poker set, but no puzzles. If you like to kill time putting together puzzles you'll have to bring one from home. The beach access is across the street about a block away. We got a beach cart with our credit at the Sand Flea Beach Service next door & that made our short trip to the beach very easy. We also rented a few kayaks & explored the bay behind the rental in them. Also the property has a big commercial ice machine behind it & that was so awesome to have. Stacy was a very gracious host & she even checked on us a few times to see if we needed anything. I hope this rental is available next year when we come back to Cape San Blas. I highly recommend this rental property.

Catch of the Bay was great. The location was awesome. There was lots of room for entertaining friends and family. Wonderful memories were made. There were a lot of laughs and stories told on the spacious porch. We cooked a lot and had everything we needed right there. It was very roomy and decorated beautifully. Beds slept great and everything was exceptionally clean. Furniture was comfortable for laying around and relaxing. Stacy made sure we had everything we needed. San Flea Rentals was also great at making sure all of our beach needs were met. It was a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be back!

What can I say….. My family absolutely loved our 5 day stay @ ! Beautiful home with a great location! This home had everything we needed for our stay and the bedding was comfortable also which was wonderful.If your looking to relax or get out and explore then this home is perfect. San Flea Rentals will set you up with all your beach needs or even a bike for those late night bike rides.Oh and bring your boat! There is no RV hook up available. If you need to park one on site while staying that is fine with prior approval but hook up to power and water is not available.
