This lush, wooded 27 acre gated community offers both privacy and access to local activities. Hidden Dunes is just 6 miles from scenic highway 30A, and minutes from popular areas such as Destin, Sandestin golf course (less than 1 mile away), and Baytowne Wharf (2 miles away). Miramar Beach is almost famous for its vibrant Beach Bars, which are all less than 2 miles from the cottage. The picturesque villages of Seaside and Rosemary Beach on 30A are just minutes to the east.

Relax and unwind in the seasonally heated pool, or take a scenic walk along the fountain lined path on the way to the private beach access. There is also a seasonal beach shuttle that will pick you up at your cottage, and drop you off right at the private beach access! In addition, we keep the Champagne Cottage fully stocked with a beach wagon, beach towels, beach toys, and all of the gear you could need for a perfect beach day!
