The outside area is perfect to take in all the outside living you want to do on your wonderful vacation while relaxing in the sunshine at this beach front home. This cozy bungalow's master bedroom has a queen size bed with a new, comfortable mattress. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full bed and a twin bed on top. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and cable television. Enjoy a beautiful walk along the beach while watching the sunset. Spend your vacation in Paradise. Enjoy the huge private deck, outdoor shower, cabana & BBQ Grill. Catch amazing sunsets from the private lookout area that is wheelchair accessible!

The Bungalow is available to rent on a monthly basis. Occasionally we will have 7 or 14 day terms available. Please inquire to see if we can accommodate your request for a shortened stay.
The rates include the cleaning fee of $200. If desired, housekeeping arrangements can be made if needed during your stay. The service is $150 per visit.
Deposits/Payments – Upon booking, we require full payment if arrival date is within 90 days. If over 90 days, 50% is due at time of booking and balance
must be received 90 days prior to arrival date. The security deposit is due 90 days before arrival and is refundable provided there is no damage to the property.
Cancellation Policy - There is a $300 cancellation fee. No refunds for cancellations made less than 90 days of arrival date.

If you are looking to stay in Treasure iIsland beach, this is your spot!! We absolutely love our stay!! It was just an amazing adorable place, very clean and relaxing. We love ️ the location just a few steps to the beach ️. We also enjoyed the more wonderful sunset . This house it is kids and dogs friendly, the WiFi was excellent. They had everything that we could have possibly needed ( Towels, washer and dryer, beach chair, outside shower, etc.) This house makes you feel at home and we love it !! Will % be back.

This was a wonderful place for a month in Treasure Island. The location is near our favorite restaurants and golf course. The back yard and deck provide an excellent setting for enjoying the beach. The extra provisions covered anything we had forgotten to bring. Charlene was easy to work with and eager to ensure we had everything we needed. Our only disappointment was that Feb was already booked for next year and we must wait until 2027 to visit again.

If you're looking for a peaceful, laid-back getaway with stunning beach access and a nostalgic charm, this place is perfect. The cozy bungalow with its vintage vibes had everything we needed to be comfortable. The best part without a doubt, the outdoor space—it’s perfect for relaxing, enjoying a morning coffee, and watching the sunset with a cold drink in hand. Whether it was for meals outside, lounging with a good book, or simply soaking in the breeze, the fantastic, decked yard is where we lived. Our time was spent outside every day in our own private paradise.

Location is great, close to grocery & drug stores. Parking is great, beach entry fantastic, outside seating w/nice large table. My Yorkie Mia loved the back yard and it's fenced in too. House is nicely decorated, washer, dryer a plus. Charlene (Host-Manager) is the nicest person and wants to make your stay the best.

It's marvelous. Perfect. It's difficult to try to spell out why and how it's as magnificent as it is. A sizeable but cozy place on the beach. To each side of you is an example of where someone went wrong. This beautiful place has a back yard that's gate opens right up to an exclusive beach front that's just for you. The beach is quite popular, and a lot of it is public, but make no mistake, this home is a piece of something you can't get anymore. Watch people gather, stake ground, and setup on a beach where they're specifically instructed to stay out of your way. It's truly something else.

The location was amazing with the beach at your doorstep. It was perfect for myself, my wife and our "fur baby Bella". The location was convenient for shopping, dining, walking, groceries and having a sunset cocktail. And because our Bella was with us, there were a great number of establishments that welcomed pets. We were able to enjoy the sun, while Bella had an outside shaded area where she could still be close to us. We would love to come back. You would not be disappointed. We sure were not. Absolutely! Most of our guests stay for a month, and it's important to be able to have their mail forwarded during their stay.
Treasure Island has made wonderful progress after the devastating storms. The clean-up was swift, businesses are open, restaurants have reopened as well. Any damage to the Bungalow has been repaired, thankfully damage was minor, we were fortunate!
The beach is as beautiful as ever! There are a few areas that were hit especially hard and are rebuilding as quickly as possible. We were very fortunate to not sustain remarkable damage!
Yes, we love fur babies! The back is fenced, so there is plenty of room for your pet to play without worry:)
If an evacuation is ordered during your stay, we will refund the remaining days. If prior to your stay, we will issue refunds if it impacts your reserved dates.
