About the owner: I am US and my hubby is Canadian and we both live in Canada full time. I am a ER RN and my hubby is an Electrician. We loved Fort Myers area so much we decided to buy here. Not quite ready to retire so for now we visit from time to time. We enjoy playing pickle ball and cruising around the neighbourhood in Esplanade on the cruiser bikes. We look forward to exploring Florida and all it has to offer!
Why this property? You will love Esplanade Lake Club and especially our Villa. We upgraded the property and added a lovely coffee/wine bar in the dining area. We also added shiplap on accent walls throughout. And my favourite thing we added was a Gorgeous Sylvester Palm in the back yard. “Palmy” we call him. I love sitting in the lanai, sipping my coffee, watching his leaves sway in the breeze.
