Pool Heating Details
Pool heat is included for 5+ night stays through May.
For shorter stays or November–February, heating is $75/day and must be arranged prior to arrival.
Pool heat:
• Runs 7am–10pm
• May require up to 24 hours to reach temperature if air temps are below 50°
• Not available if temps are forecast below 45° for multiple days

A Note on Outdoor Living

This is Florida — and while the home is professionally treated for pests, occasional outdoor insects can appear when doors to the lanai are opened. This is normal in tropical climates.
Security & Community Compliance
Exterior security cameras monitor entry and driveway areas only.
A pool-area noise monitor measures decibel levels (not voices) to comply with HOA quiet hours.
