Oceania has one of the largest square foot of beach per unit in Destin. The condo in located in the heart of Destin on Holiday Isle. The private gated property provides reserved covered parking. We provide you with a remote gate opener for easy access. No stairs or long walks to the beach. Our access is handicap friendly with a choice of ramps or stairs.
Area Information
You never run out of things to do in Destin, FL. You can spend time on the beach (we provide a complimentary beach set up), swim and ride the waves. Paddle boarding and kayaking are very popular with rentals provided on our beach through our wonderful beach service.
There are Dolphin, Pirate, Sunset and Fishing cruises out of the harbor. You can Parasail, Scuba or Snorkel. There are Helicopter tours, Amusement parks, Race tracks for go carts, and Miniature golf parks. Golfing and Shopping are popular as always. We have outlet malls and high end boutiques as well as the beach stores.
All kinds of cuisine are popular in Destin with fresh seafood being one of the most sought after. We have barbecue, italian, and mexican restaurants, as well as sub sandwiches, fast food, donut and ice cream shops.
Across from our Oceania condo is one of the most popular restaurants, Louisiana Lagniappe . La Paz, a very highly rated Mexican restaurant, is also within walking distance from our condo.

About the owner: I am a CPA in Northern Virginia with a love for the beach.
Why this property? This was the most spectacular property I had ever seen. The view is very dramatic and beautiful all year round. The condo is close to everything in Destin and yet it is very private and exclusive. It is a gated community with covered reserved parking.

Everything about this unit is great. The view, location, and furnishings were all you could ask for. The balcony furniture made the huge balcony even better. Booking and check in was smooth and easy. We have stayed in a lot of places on the coast and this one is at the top of our list.

Delighted with our stay as an escape from gloomy northern weather. The 40 foot balcony with comfy furniture and shelter from the wind entertained us even on chilly days. The pool is heated, people! Lots of space indoors and out to social distance.

Condo was exceptionally well appointed and supplied. Spectacular balcony with extremely comfortable furniture let’s you whyll away the hours watching dolphins, vacationers, boats and aircraft. Beach is beautiful and accessible for endless walks. Would recommend.
