Sea Grape is the largest unit of a chic triplex nestled a short walk from the beach and just a few short blocks from Flagler Ave, the heart of New Smyrna Beach. You will find this two bedroom, two bath home decorated in a modern Balinese style, with modern amenities so you can enjoy all the comforts of home.
Each unit has two private porches with cedar pergolas for sea breeze enthusiasts complete outside chairs and shower.

Inside you will find a full size kitchen that is primed to prepare a feast for the whole family. Most guests, however make reservations for dinner, and why not? All the dining and nightlife of Flagler Ave is just a short stroll away!
Sea Grape is complete with an HD smart TV that has apps or connects to your device through Chromecast. Most entertainment apps will sync directly up, so there is no need to remember all your pesky passwords. There is TV+ with hundreds of channels. If you pay for cable at home simply download their app and you can bring it with you.
Sea Grape boasts high speed internet at 197 Kbps, so stay connected - if you want to.
The master bedroom has a king size Casper mattress and the second bedroom has two twins. The beds are as comfortable as they are beautiful.
You will find Sea Grape welcoming, easy to stay in and ridiculously close to the beach. Bring your toothbrush, a bathing suit and your dancing shoes.
Guests will have access to the home via an electronic keypad. The code is provided once the guest has agreed to the house policies through an email.

Hope Ave is a very quiet street near the Ocean and in between the Garlic and Flagler Ave. It is suitable for families and quiet couples, it's away from the hustle and bustle of the bars, but close enough to walk to.
Everything is a short walk away. You are between the Garlic and Flagler Ave, less than 1/2 a mile from Flagler and less than a 10 minute walk. It's less than 100 yards from the Ocean. Leave your car behind.
No Thugs, Parties or nefarious activities. The neighborhood keeps a close on eye on this house, and will call the police. I will not defend you. If you are looking for a party house, look elsewhere.

ManojMy family and I had a wonderful stay at Bill's house. This stylish, modern, and welcoming home allowed us to vacation as a family without relying on the tv as a form of communal gathering (though this dad did have his late night man cave moments on an awesome tv). But with an elderly mother and toddler in tow, the home really allowed us to enjoy each other's company as well as individual moments of solitude. We also really appreciated the serenity of the front and rear patios because we love outdoor time. The vicinity to the beach as well as the shops, restaurants, and cafés on Flagler Avenue was a great reason for us to explore the town. Finally, as an architect myself, I was impressed with how Bill created a design theme indicative of the New Smyrna Beach culture and community. We will definitely visit again!

DonnaWe had an amazing vacation at Bill's place! Sea Grapes is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The landscaping is lovely, and the location is ideal. We enjoyed quiet mornings and evenings outside on the patio. Walking to the beach and Flagler Ave was a plus. Bill was incredibly kind and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. His welcome note to us was very touching. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

JulianaI can’t recommend this place enough! The host and his wife are not only super polite but also incredibly warm and welcoming — they made us feel right at home. The house is absolutely beautiful and radiates an amazing energy. You can really tell that everything in the house was put together with so much care and attention to detail. They even stocked up on coffee pods and all the essentials, so we had everything we needed. While the house has central air conditioning, each room also has a fan, which was a great plus for us. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and there’s plenty of closet space to keep your belongings organized, making it easy to settle in and relax. Plus, it’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Without a doubt, we’ll be returning here on our next visit to New Smyrna Beach!

SydneySea Grape was a beautiful place to stay. I stayed with my boyfriend and some friends to celebrate my birthday and it was perfect! Great outside area to sit and relax after a day at the beach, great location, close to the beach and surrounding restaurants. Bill recommend lots of great restaurants and had free golf cart rides if needed. Walking distance to bars so no need to Uber. The house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Beds and living area was very comfortable. Bill was amazing about responding quickly to text messages and was very flexible with our checkout times that we needed. Overall great house and even better host!

StephenThis was the nicest rental we’ve ever found! Meticulously maintained and appointed with everything we needed. Everything was upgraded and custom. The beds, kitchen, and showers were all as nice, or nicer, than expected. Perfect location with easy access to the beach and a short walk to all the shops and restaurants.
