Lantana is the west end of a chic beach triplex bungalow nestled a short walk away from the Ocean and a few blocks from Flagler Ave. Lantana has a private office and futon for the extra guest. Decorated in a modern Balinese style, you will enjoy all the comforts of home in this cozy relaxed setting.
Each unit has two private porches with cedar pergolas for sea breeze enthusiasts complete outside chairs and shower.

This one bedroom, one bath home was completely renovated inside and out and showcases a private office with a handmade corner desk. Literally only steps away from Atlantic Ocean you can lounge on the beach all day, or take a short walk north that brings you to all the restaurants, shopping and nightlife that Flagler Ave has to offer without the hassle of finding a parking space.
If you don't mind putting in a few steps, you can leave your car behind.
Decorated in a modern Balinese style, you will enjoy all the comforts of home in a cozy relaxed setting. Lantana has front and rear private porches with custom handmade cedar pergolas to add style and shade. There is a sandy toes foot wash and a hot shower outside. The front porch is a wonderful place to unwind and watch the world go by, the back porch offers a more intimate setting complete with mood lighting.
Inside you will find a full size kitchen that is primed to prepare a feast. Most guests, however make reservations for dinner, and why not? All the dining and nightlife of Flagler Ave is just a short beach stroll away!
Lantana is complete with an HD smart TV that has apps or connects to your device through Chromecast. Most entertainment apps will sync directly up, so there is no need to remember all your pesky passwords. There is TV+ with hundreds of channels. If you pay for cable at home simply download their app and you can bring it with you.
Lantana boasts high speed internet at 245 Kbps, and has its own private office so you can work and play. The office provides a custom corner desk, a monitor and even a printer should you need it.
The master bedroom has a king size Casper mattress, Company Store Sheets and the office has a futon that folds out. The king bed is as comfortable as it is beautiful.
You will find Lantana welcoming, easy to stay in and ridiculously close to the beach. Bring your toothbrush, a bathing suit and your dancing shoes.
Guests have access through an electronic keypad. The code is provided via email after the guest agrees to house policies.

Hope Ave is a very quiet street near the Ocean and in between the Garlic and Flagler Ave. It is suitable for families and quiet couples, it's away from the hustle and bustle of the bars, but close enough to walk to all the fun.
Everything is a short walk away. You are between the Garlic and Flagler Ave, less than 1/2 a mile from Flagler and less than a 10 minute walk. It's less than 100 yards from the Ocean. Leave your car behind.
No Thugs, Parties or nefarious activities. The neighborhood keeps a close on eye on this house, and will call the police. I will not defend you. If you are looking for a party house, look elsewhere.

JeffreyBill was an excellent host. I’d give 10 out of 10 stars if It was possible. Great location, walkable to everything or a short golf cart ride if you plan on renting one. Any questions I had or recommendations asked about restaurants things to do ect. was answered within minutes. Clean modern rental with all amenities you need.He definitely takes pride in his place and it shows from the landscape to the cleanliness of the unit. We will definitely be back!

MaximinoBesides the great host, the pictures do not do justice to the beautiful environment provided. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING about this place is elegant, immaculately maintained, and perfectly located to easily enjoy Flagler Avenue businesses, restaurants, and the beach while being a few blocks away from both, avoiding the crowds and noise. I had initially stayed here with a friend and will continue to seek staying here any time I revisit New Smyrna Beach. There is no better place to stay.

JayBill has a really nice property with several units in a row just a block or two to the ocean. The house is very well maintained. It had new appliances and fixtures. The shower had really impressive water pressure. Lots of nice touches like the surf themed artwork. It is a 10 out of 10 for our needs. We really appreciated his flexable check-in and late checkout. Super happy with this visit.

The place was perfect, clean, comfortable, quiet and super cool. Everything inside was upgraded and worked perfectly. One block to the beach and tons of great places to eat. There were even beach chairs available for us! This is a perfect beach getaway in a safe and quiet neighborhood in an outstanding unit. We will definitely be back. TammyLantana is a delightful place that is within walking distance to the beach and most things New Smyrna. We were even lucky enough to have the neighborhood box turtle Tommy visit while we were there. Bill is a fantastic host and has a great sense of humor. He has done a great job remodeling and designing Lantana. He knows the area well and has many recommendations to make your stay extra special. Lantana was also impeccably clean and Bill went above and beyond to accommodate us with our sensitivities to fragrance. This place gets five stars all the way! Will definitely stay again!
