This house is so amazing, perfect for us. The best part is the view and seeing all the wildlife daily. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything to cook. The house is extremely clean and there’s plenty of towels, life jackets, kayaks etc. Rich is an absolute joy to work with and was so accommodating. We cannot wait to come back!

This house was everything we had hoped for. We arrived at night and upon waking in the morning we were amazed at the 180 degree gulf view. There is a huge amount of waterfront with a sea wall all the way. The rooms were all large and comfortable. The kitchen was exceptionally spacious, perfect for entertaining friends and family. There were also kayaks and paddle boards at the house, great for sight seeing and fishing. For the kids, the fishing was great right off the sea wall, lots of big snapper. The location was really convenient, only a short drive to anything you could need. We will surely book again!

The views are amazing with beautiful sunsets every evening. The roof top gives a spectacular view of the night sky. During the day swimming, kayaking, boating, fishing, and snorkeling are just steps from the house. We did it all. There's deep water along the sea wall where we threw in a raft and floated all day. We also kayaked through the nearby mangroves. Robbies was just a short walk or bike ride down the bike path where we had a meal and enjoyed all the entertainment, and art. We loved Lazy Days for dinner, and I have to say the weather was awesome! During August you can harvest your own lobster, grill and eat them up or downstairs while you enjoy a drink and a sunset!

I’ve been coming here for years and it never ceases to amaze me. The location is perfect. Just far enough away from town where you’re not in the thick of things when you don’t want to be, and right on the edge when you do. Easy access to channel 2 and Channel 5 bridges. The mangroves are right there for kayaking and a scenic easy trip to Robbie’s.The view off the back porch is perfect for sunsets and a cocktail. And off the sea wall is deep enough to dive and swim or throw out a lillipad for the kids. Both the neighbors are super quiet as well so you feel completely alone.We are a family of 5 and two goldens and there is more than enough room to go around.The roof also offers some killer stargazing. On the right nights you can see the Milky Way with the naked eye.You won’t be disappointed in your choice, and I look forward to going back this year.
