Northern Palms is an absolutely gorgeous house in an amazing location. We have been visiting Cape San Blas for over 25 years and this property is by far the best property we have ever stayed in. Every detail is so well thought out and all the little extras made us feel so welcome. We had loads of space for everyone. The kitchen had more than everything we needed to prepare meals for 12. Tyler was very communicative and easy to work with. We would not hesitate to come back to this property. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing home with many thoughtful details and conveniences! The decor is fresh and comfortable. Great pool for soaking and reading while enjoying amazing beach and dune views. The beach itself has beautiful sand is great to sit and enjoy the water. The house has everything you’ll need for a great week at the beach including an absolutely fully stocked kitchen and an assortment of beach chairs, an umbrella, and even boogie boards and sand toys for the kids! Tylor the property manager was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the booking process and our stay. All questions and issues were promptly addressed. We could not have enjoyed our stay more and will definitely have this property as a keeper. Highly recommend this home and this rental company!

We loved our stay! What a great, beautiful house! Each room is beautiful and the views were amazing. This house has one of the best stocked kitchens for a rental. So nice! And all the beach gear and chairs were so helpful! And hoses in all the best places….because sand! ?? Only thing we would request would be more bath towels in the house. We were always coming up short on towels. Love the Cape and would 100% come back to this house!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this house and about Tylor! We had three families stay in the house, with 6 adults, and 7 kids and we were MORE than comfortable. With the rooms laid out perfectly, with the bunk room positioned very well for kids, it was just great. The pool on the main level but with safety alarms and the beach in view from every window. High end amenities and a fully stocked house made for the perfect place. We have stayed on the Cape a few times and this was by far the best. The only reason we will ever stay anywhere else is if we do not need the space. It was perfect. I also cannot say enough about Tylor. What a wonderful manager and so accommodating and kind. I would go back just to work with him and VIP Vacations again!

We had an amazing Summer getaway week at Northern Palms. The owners chose a great location and built an absolutely beautiful home. The detail throughout every room is top notch. Whoever done the interior decorating is off the charts talented. The pool and views from every porch and outdoor space were so relaxing. From the kitchen to the beach closet, everything was so well stocked. Beds and all indoor and outdoor seating were very comfortable. The home is very spacious and allowed plenty of room for everyone. The elevator was very handy for groceries and luggage. It was SO VERY NICE to deal with the property manager, Tylor, of VIP Vacation Properties. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. It is obvious that he truly loves his work and wants his clients to enjoy their stay. We will definitely be using him in the future. The entire experience at Northern Palms could not have been any better!!!

This is our third trip to the cape and by far our best. The house is very nice, plenty of room for everyone. This was ideal considering we did not have the best weather. Walking on the beach, which is just a few short steps from the house, is a pleasure with very few people

The house was absolutely beautiful!! The owners put so much detail in the decorating and made sure that there was everything available that was needed for a weeks stay. The property manager, Tylor, with V.I.P. Vacation Properties, was very accommodating and available with in minutes with all the answers to our questions and had great knowledge of the area. My family will definitely be staying here again and absolutely will be using Tylor again when booking!!
