The house was awesome! We had the best time. Most of the time inside was spent around the dining room/living room/kitchen area. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony and the pool was a big hit. We would definitely stay here again! Tylor was always available and extremely helpful. There is not one negative aspect of this house. Loved it!!

We had a fabulous time at Barefoot Escape! Great house for our crew and easy to work with Tylor as needed! So nice having a pool and also easy access to the beach! Until next time Cape San Blas. We’ll be back!!

We loved the house and it had plenty of room to accommodate all 12 of us in our family. The kitchen was very large and had everything we needed to fix food at the house. The house was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay and Tylor was awesome as usual and very helpful! We will definitely rent with VIP again next time.

This is the second time we have rented this house and both times it has been great! Plenty of space for our 2 families with room to spare! The kitchen has everything we needed to cook throughout the week. Tylor was very helpful and managed to get us in our house over an hour early on check in day which was great. We only had 1 minor issue which Tylor handled quickly and while we were at the beach without messing with our plans. We had a great week and look forward to booking again with Tylor next year!

This house is amazing and even better than the pictures. We had a large group and there was room for everyone. The pool was spotless, it was an easy walk to the beach. VIP welcoming was a wonderful touch. Tylor is an amazing host: quick to respond, always willing to help with questions. Definitely coming back to this hidden gem.

We have come to the Cape multiple times and never stayed in such a well stocked and clean home. The space was perfect for our 2 families of 4. Everyone had their own space, it was never crowded, and such good gathering areas for meals and games. The linens, the supply of toiletries, the sweet gift bag on arrival, there were little touches that are top notch and definitely create a VIP feel. Tylor was great to work with, quick to respond and available for anything we would need, which was nothing, it was all great. We will definitely be back!

The house was perfect with more space we could have squeezed other families in too! The sunsets from each deck were stunning! Beautiful views! The pool was great for the kids! We have been to CSB several times and love this location on the cape! Tylor was better than amazing and super accommodating! We will be back.

This was our 2nd vacation to CSB, and our 2nd stay in the Seagrass neighborhood. This time, we had 7 adults and 3 kids 3 and under. The absolute best part of this rental was all of the SPACE! Even with a big group made of 4 families, each of us had more than enough room to be together as a group or alone for some downtime. We planned to have one more family join us, but they were not able to this time. If they had, we still would have had room for everyone. The next best part was it is set up much like a hotel. With 3 kids 3 and under, it was a relief that there wasn’t so much decor that we as parents had to worry. Unlike a hotel, just about anything we could possibly want was provided: kitchen wise, towels, and beach gear. Our whole group went out to eat once, but most of the time we rotated who made breakfast and dinner. The kitchen was easy to cook in; there was plenty of space to work and eat together. Our group went to the beach several times; the location of the house was awesome. You can see the beach/gulf from 3 different decks, and the walk to beach access takes about 2 minutes even with kids. We made the trip to Port St. Joe almost everyday for groceries and to take the kids to different parks. Over the course of our stay, we made it to 10 different playgrounds. That is something our 3 year old won’t forget about this vacation. The Trading Post, Weber’s Donuts, ConeHeads, Long Bills… all very easily accessible if you don’t want to drive as much as we did. The pool was a good size, and I especially appreciated that it was fenced so the kids wouldn’t wander toward it accidentally. We used the outdoor shower after beach trips to remove sand; the kids seemed to enjoy this more than actual showers! Tylor was extremely easy to work with; our group was able to plan this trip last minute. We appreciated all of his help! If I have to pick 1 negative thing… we couldn’t find an ice cream scoop. Seriously, I’m reaching. Book. the. trip.

We had the best vacation on Cape San Blas! After our usual spot didn’t work out, I convinced everyone to give CSB a chance. It did not disappoint! Tylor was amazing to work with! He’s quick to respond to all and any questions or concerns! We will not stay anywhere else, nor use another company! Thanks again, Tylor, for everything

This property is fantastic! There was plenty of room for everyone and all their "stuff" We never felt over crowded. The house was very clean and well kept. Tyler was always accessible and extremely helpful!! He came over everytime we called him ,( even to pull up a drain plug!- whoops!!) The house was very well stocked with all supplies needed for cooking, hanging at the beach and/or pool. The view was incredible and the area had lots of stuff to do within a short drive! So many great memories made this week! Highly recommend!!!!

We finally talked our family into going to Cape San Blas for vacation and we were not disappointed! Booking with Tylor was so easy and he responded very quickly to all questions. The house was perfect for our 2 families. It was very clean and one of the most well equipped kitchens we have ever had in a rental. Very close to the beach and a great view over the vacant lots. We loved the quiet neighborhood and large beach area. We are hoping to stay here again next year when we come back!

We have been going to CSB for vacation with our children and friends for last 18years. We have stayed at this house several times and it is just perfect! The house is beautiful! Nicely decorated and lots of space. Lots of nice touches when we arrived! Chocolate and mints on bed, gift bag with goodies on table, coffee/dish soap/dishwasher detergent and other essentials provided! I have never been to a house with a kitchen this well furnished! We do a lot of cooking and eating and had all of the appliances and gadgets that we needed! The house was extremely clean. Bedrooms with nice and comfy beds and linens. Lots of nice towels for all of the family without having to wash constantly. Great views of the beach that is a short walk away. But if walking is an issue, a golf cart is provided! There are lots of chairs, floats and beach items at house so no need to bring a ton of those items. If the beach is not your thing, you can always stay at the pool at the house! Right outside of the gate for the community is the perfect path for running or walking! I would get up early, run on path and then come back and jump in pool! So nice! Tylor was extremely helpful and accommodating! Had his cell number so we could text him anytime that we needed anything! Would highly recommend this house, VIP and Tylor!!

We visited the Cape for vacay, a baby gender reveal-it’s a boy- and fishing and had a great trip! The house was clean (I’m very picky) and comfortable. The property manager, Tylor was easy to contact and responded promptly. We cooked in most nights and the kitchen and outdoor cooking amenities accommodated very well. The kids enjoyed the private pool and the walk to the beach was short and easy. A golf cart was available at the house for rent, which we rented then never used and Tylor was great about and refunded our money. The welcome gift was a very nice surprise. We will definitely look for VIP properties to rent again!

I have stayed in many homes before but this was the first time I've ever seen a home so well equipped. Everything from the variety of cocktail glasses, cooking utensils, enough plates for everyone, to the games, books and beach toys. there was something for every taste. And the welcome gifts were a thoughtful added touch. The house was very clean and spacious with room to spread out and a short easy walk to the beach. Tylor was always on top of everything and communicates with you easily and as often as you need him. I highly recommend Barefoot Escapes for large groups and or multiple families like we had. Our group ranged in age from 2 to ummm well fifty something and a small dog. We had a blast making many new memories and I look forward to working with Tylor again in the near future.

Very pleased with Tyler and his communication during our trip! The house is as great as the location! A short walk to beautiful the beautiful beach in a gated neighborhood. The house is spacious and you can tell it’s kept up well. I would highly recommend it!

We have been coming to Barefoot Escape for a few years and each visit it just gets better and better! The house is so comfortable and clean. Tyler made sure we had everything we needed. The beds are wonderful and I’m very picky about that! The welcome goodies were a nice surprise after many hours on the road. We are already talking about when to return again.

This place had everything you could possibly need - for the beach, to cook, to enjoy a day in. Very spacious and clean. Beautiful views - you won't want to miss watching the sunset from the top balcony! Tylor was so helpful, responded right away and was on top of everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous! Tyler went above expectation on everything! Kitchen well stocked to cook meals for a large group..toiletries in every bathroom, coffee ready to brew and glasses for any cocktail you like to enjoy while watching the sunset over the gulf from the deck!!

Beautiful decor. Kitchen fully loaded with everything a cook would need. Awesome landscaping for my furry friend. Big screen TV’s to watch a movie. I love the kitchen living area big and spacious. Beautiful views and steps to the beach.
