Welcome to our new rental at the sought after Waterside condominiums! This lovely 3-bedroom, 2-full bath second-floor condo is surrounded by the splendor of nature. Waterside is a gated community that features elevators, assigned parking, a gazebo overlooking the pond, heated pool, heated spa, community center and outdoor grills. As you enter the condo, you are greeted by a charming archway leading into the main living space. To the left, you will find the large fully-equipped kitchen, which boasts granite countertops and plenty of pantry space for your favorite treats! Adjacent, you will find the dining room that offers seating for up to six. To the left, you will find the front room, which boasts two large plush couches and a 55in Smart TV. The second living room boasts a comfortable sleeper sofa, a plush day chair, a home office space with desk, monitor, high speed internet access, free Wi-Fi and access to the screened-in lanai, which offers gorgeous views of the pond & fountain. Lanai has comfortable outdoor seating to accommodate six comfortably and table. Adjacent to the living room, you will find the primary bedroom! This bedroom boasts a king-size bed and private access to the lanai. Attached is the primary bathroom that boasts granite dual vanity and a large walk-in shower with a detachable shower head and shower bench. This bedroom has a large walk-in closet with more than enough space for all your belongings. The second bedroom boasts a king-size bed and plenty of closet space.. To the right, you will find the full hall bathroom, which boasts a granite top vanity and a shower/tub combo. Adjacent, you will find the third bedroom that boasts a queen-size bed and plenty of space for you to kick back and relax after a long day at the beach. The unit also provides beach chairs, umbrella, beach mats, beach towels and a cooler to make your time in the sun hassle-free. House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No Pets. Just minutes from the white sand beaches of Manasota Key, Rotonda West is known for its paradise lifestyle! Fishing, boating, kayaking, and hiking are all within walking distance. For the golfer, there are 99 holes at five golf courses located throughout the community, with an additional 6 courses nearby. This is a gated condo community. The condo board has to approve all quests staying on the property for everyone's safety. Guests will fill out a condo application with copy of drivers license, make and model of car.
Also our house rules and condo rules need to signed by all renters prior to booking,

My girlfriend and I have stayed here multiples times over the past few years and there's a reason we keep coming back! It's the perfect getaway for us when we want to go somewhere warm during the cold winter months in the D.C. area.We have gone solo but also have had other couples join us. It's the perfect amount of space for 3 couples or a family. There is plenty of room to hangout as a group while also having your own space when needed. Generally we choose to eat out, but the kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials to cook in and the community also offers a grille to use. Our group also loved having access to the pool and hot tub.Our favorite thing though is the location. You are only 45 minutes or so to the airport which makes for an easy arrival and departure. The condo is conveniently located to the beach (10 minute drive), as well as many different restaurants. We also have taken day trips to nearby Tampa and Sarasota.We will absolutely be back again!
