Our three-bedroom/three-bathroom house is located in a peaceful gated community: Old Florida Village, situated in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach. Just steps from scenic 30A, you can walk 10 minutes to the beach or bars with live music! The neighborhood even has 2 swimming pools to enjoy. We have 3 bedrooms with private balconies, 2 pack-and-play cribs, 3 bathrooms, 4 TVs with Roku devices, a grill, a large living room overlooking the lake, and all the beach essentials you need!

Our home is prepared to make a family or two comfortable while allowing parents to relax knowing their children are safe to explore the neighborhood, ride their bikes up and down the paths along this quiet section of 30A! The beach is only a short walk away and we have two private pools inside the gated Hidden Lakes community.

Our house backs up to a little lake so you don't have to worry about any commotion from the neighbors behind you, and can enjoy added privacy!

Every bedroom suite has a private balcony in addition to the main living area balcony so there is plenty of room to relax outside even when you're not at the beach!

Why Kids Love It

Besides the freedom that Santa Rosa beach affords with low traffic and a family-friendly vibe, the pools are perfect for children to enjoy (as long as they know how to swim!). We have plenty of beech toys including boogie boards, sand toys, and everything in between. Plenty of space to play board games inside, and every bedroom has a ROKU-enabled TV.

Our house is located in a peaceful, gated community known as Old Florida Village; situated in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach. The neighborhood has two great swimming pools for you to enjoy with your whole family and friends. The quiet, peaceful streets are perfect for families with kids and we love to enjoy the sounds of the Hidden Lake right behind the house. See if you can spot frogs, alligators, and birds with the binoculars!

The area is welcoming to cars and we have two parking spots in front of the house. If you need more room for your vehicles, there is overflow parking just up the street. Lots of people bike, walk, or rent golf carts to make getting to and from the beach really easy!

Other than the beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, there are local restaurants and bars, and some cute shops next to the bike rentals - all giving you the chance to experience the unique feel of Santa Rosa beach.
