My family and i stayed in kissimee florida at lake berkley for 5 days. The time spent was great. the family enjoyed the games that was in the garage and had alot of fun in the pool. would always recommend these rental homes. .

Everyone was very polite and helpful from start to finish. The whole family had a wonderful stay. House was great and location was perfect. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Will most definitely be visiting again soon.

My family (husband and kids) stayed at this home recently. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and the home had everything we needed and were looking for in a vacation rental. I would have given it a 5 star review except that our only complaint was the mattresses need to be upgraded.we didn't sleep great as they were quite uncomfortable. Otherwise, an amazing stay and vacation!

Any time I plan a vacation in Orlando/Kississmee area I contact Jean Scarpa with Florida Homes Vacation Rental. My family have been doing business with her for several years now and she never disappoints. As Spring Break was drawing near I reached out to her and she found me this beauty. My family enjoyed the entire stay. We were in close proximity of everything and she was always there when we needed her. She ensured that our home was located in a family friendly neighborhood with a wonderful pool and a game room to keep the kids busy. We were having so much fun that my wife wanted to stay an additional night, but we were supposed to check out on Saturday. She began to look for hotels to stay for one night and I said all we have to do is call Jean and she will extend it for us or help us find something. We called Jean and she did just that. I highly recommend Jean Scarpa and her company to assist you with your vacations. You will not be disappointed. She is a hands on person who does whatever needs to be done to satisfy her clients. We will visit again and we will be using Florida Homes Vacation Rental.
