Stayed here two years in a row and enjoyed the location close to restaurants and beaches. Go to the farmers market if you can and find lots of delicious things! This home is in a great neighborhood and close to many shops. Amenities galore in the home and hosts are attentive to any guests concerns. You will love it!

From the moment we got there, we felt right at home. There was more than enough room for our family and it was well equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the pool and spent most days and nights in it. Loved the patio and the fact that there was a door to it right from the master suite. Loved the proximity to the beach only a mile from the house. The surrounding neighborhood was nice and just a short walk to a beautiful park and pond. The owners were very responsive to any of our questions and needs and I would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Perfect location for all there is to do on Marco Island and surroundings. The beach, great restaurants, pickleball, bike riding, tennis, boating and fishing are a few of the attractions this house offers as a home base. The home is pleasant inside with updated appliances, a well kept and landscaped yard and room to spread out. The owners, Jim and Lisa T are very accomodating and will solve any problem or answer any question when asked. A memorable visit!

This home was beautifully maintained and perfect for a family or small group of friends. The pool and outdoor patio area was immaculate. My family enjoyed the outdoors and pool area very much. It was nice to have that especially after a day at the beach and to just be refreshed in the evening. The house is a short drive to the beach which makes it easy to load up the car for the day with beach supplies and then easily unload at the beach. There are plenty of restaurant options in the area or the kitchen area is well supplied to cook in as an option as well. I highly recommended this home!!!

We spent the month of Feb in this inviting and comfortable home! Perfect location right in the center of the island. Just a few minutes walk to Mackle Park with its walking path around a small lake, playground, soccer fields, bike path, splash pad and dog park. We spent most of our time in and around the large pool and deck—-very nice outdoor area! The home is very open and airy with a nice large walk in master closet and bath. We appreciated the nice touches such as a power strips by the nightstands for all the plug-ins. Also this is the first Florida rental we have stayed in over many years that didn’t have any bugs —not a single ant! We had one question which Lisa responded to immediately—very responsive owners! We have already booked our return for two months next year!

My wife and I stayed here with our one year old son for a week in November and it was perfect for our stay. The house is even more beautiful than the photos and we were shocked at how spacious and open the layout of the house is! The pool is great! The house is in a nice location close to grocery store, shops and so many tasty restaurants. We went on daily walks in the neighbourhood and to a large park that was nearby where our son enjoyed playing at the children’s park/splash pad. We also enjoyed our afternoon visits to the beach which is only a short five minute drive away. The view of the sunset is unbelievable! Also, the hosts Lisa and Jim were friendly and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be booking this house again for our next stay in Marco Island!

Stayed for about 3 weeks, had a great time! House is in a great location, about a mile from the beach and very close to restaurants, bars, and Publix. Easy living here had a great time. Only thing is we wish pool was heated, some cold fronts came through and was too cold to use.

This was the perfect destination in Marco Island for a family getaway. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, not too far from shops, restaurants and the beach, this house has everything you need and more. From the spacious layout to the beautiful master bedroom/bathroom, to the amazing in ground pool, you won’t be disappointed! If you want to pamper yourself, this is where it’s at. Can’t wait to be back to Marco Island and book this property again!

The property is at a perfect location near restaurants and popular venues, and a short ride to the beach. You probably won’t miss the beach with the spectacular pool- enclosed with a statuesque fountain to complement the luxurious and lush backyard. Inside you will find a large master and two other rooms sequestered at each end of this spacious all one floor living. Two bathrooms make it perfect for families. The dining room and kitchen allow room to cook when needed and the living room is relaxing and comfortable to hang out in when you are tired from the beach and beautiful sunny weather on Marco Island! We will definitely be booking again!

We had a blast staying at Lisa's house for our girls trip to Marco Island! The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was plenty of space for 4 of us. We enjoyed the full kitchen, lovely master bathroom, and spacious living room. Also, having a washer/dryer was very convenient. Loved the beach themed decor throughout the house and the highlight was definitely the beautiful indoor swimming pool! We would absolutely stay there again for our next trip to Marco Island!
