The highlight is the breathtaking outdoor living: both the main living area and main master suite open via sliding doors onto a vast, 285 sq. ft. covered balcony. Imagine waking up to spectacular ocean views from your king-sized bed. A second, private balcony off the guest master offers an intimate escape with its own stunning Gulf vistas and private bath.
Inside, nine-foot ceilings enhance the open-concept design. The living area features beach-inspired decor, recliner, and a (sleeper) sofa for maximum relaxation. Host family meals at the dining table for four, with six more seats available at the oversized granite kitchen bar—all positioned to capture the floor-to-ceiling views. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
Modern conveniences include four LED TVs with cable/streaming, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and stylish LVP and tile flooring throughout (no carpet). This is more than a condo; it's your luxurious home away from home.

~ Guests must register and pay $50 for each parking pass. A separate email link will be sent to register guest vehicles.
~ Signed rental agreement must be completed in order to confirm reservation.
~ A $300 security deposit is required for all reservations.
~ Name & Date of Birth for every guest staying is required.
~ Vehicle information (year, make, model, color) is required for each vehicle.
~ Primary guest minimum age is 25; copy of primary rental guest's drivers license is required to confirm age requirement is met.

We were so pleasantly surprised by how much nicer the condo was in person! Everything looks like it was recently renovated and it looks great. Even more stunning were the views! To make things even better, the owner was very attentive and accommodating to our requests (a very early check-in). We've stayed at many places on 30A and PCB. We will definitely seek this condo out again.

Beautiful condo! Spacious, comfortable furniture and beds with all the amenities we needed and much more. We loved the layout of the condo and the view was fabulous. I particularly liked the dual access to the large balcony from both the master suite as well as the living space. One of the bedrooms even had its own small balcony with a bistro table and two chairs. We'll be back!!

We have stayed at many properties in PCB over the years and this condo has by far had the best homey feel of them all!! The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen which other condos always seem to be lacking! They even had a crockpot, had I known we would have been more prepared with our groceries! No other condo we have stayed in provided a crockpot!! They even provided coffee filters which we always forget so that seriously made my first morning!! There was a misunderstanding on my part about checking in with the cleaners and Tess, the cleaning manager, was phenomenal and so kind! She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, she even provided us 2 box fans when we asked if there were any available! All the furniture was super comfortable and the decor was so nice! The balcony was amazing we absolutely loved the zero gravity chairs! This was the perfect condo! I was a little bummed it was already booked for fall break because I would have 100% booked again for our fall trip! We will for sure be back!!!

We have stayed at a lot of places on the Gulf of Mexico and would rate Brent’s Beach Sterling Reef as one of the nicest, conveniently located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The condo was immaculate, very clean with modern appliances and fixtures. It had everything we needed to feel at home, with gorgeous ocean views from the living room to the master suite. The playstation was huge for the teens! Also close to big supermarkets which was handy, and few steps to to kids activities(mini golf, fishing pier, ice cream shop) and souvenir shops. Communication was great too. Brent provided us with all the information we needed to access resort amenities. We would highly recommend this wonderful condo.Tim & Beth

This was our second year in a row to stay at Brent's Beach. I can not say enough about the location and ease of getting around. Beach, Pool, Fishing Pier, Golf Cart Rentals, Food, Drinks and Music. A special shout out to Brent's Beach for how nice and roomy this unit is. Also the effortless of renting, staying in touch and shipping a few items that were left behind. I must also express how nice the employees are that work daily at the Sterling Reef. From cleaning to security, friendly and accommodating.
