My husband and I spent three very nice months in this apartment this past winter. It is a large updated very pleasant one bedroom with a view of the marina. The owner lives close by and was extremely responsive to any requests that we had. The location is excellent as it is walking distance to the ocean and to lovely walks on sidewalks along scenic A1A. We enjoyed morning coffee as well as barbecues on the very large terrace. Boynton Beach marina is a very happening place! There are two very popular restaurants as well as JetSki rentals and fishing boats. On the weekends there is a lot of action! The complex also as a large lovely resort style outdoor heated swimming pool. The building is very well-maintained and the parking garage is extremely convenient from the apartment. You will enjoy your stay here!
