Luxury 4 BR / 3 Bath Villa with Private Pool and Spa in Guarded Gated Resort Close to Disney
Welcome to the Disney Getaway Villa, located in the beautiful and luxurious Emerald Island Resort. This villa is “the one” for your magical vacation. Why stay in a cramped hotel when you can spread out in a villa with more for less? When you are finished with an exhausting day at the renowned Orlando area theme parks and attractions, you don’t want a bustling hotel… come home to a private villa with its own pool to unwind, discuss the day’s highlights and prepare for the next day’s adventure.
The Disney Getaway features fresh modern and comfortable accommodations with extraordinary amenities. Recently remodeled from top to bottom with fresh paint, new flooring, granite countertops, lighting, ceiling fans, fixtures and blinds plus new living, dining and master bedroom furniture and mattresses. The game room was also remodeled with a new pool table, foosball, arcade multi-game, TV and more. For non-park days, there is a covered lanai and a private heated* pool with attached spa and plenty of deck space for sun lounging. Your family will have fun for hours and make memories for a lifetime! Even the landscaping was refreshed, with tropical plants added around the pool cage for increased privacy. The result is a great space for couples, groups and families with a spacious open concept living space with room for up to 8 guests and fun for all ages. The perfect place to unwind after the parks and attractions, or just to spend the day enjoying Florida.

Location, location, location!
The Emerald Island Resort is located just minutes from Disney World and 30 minutes or so from the other Orlando area attractions (Universal Studios, SeaWorld, LEGOLAND, etc.). It is the closest private gated and guarded resort to Disney World. The resort boasts an impressive winding palm-lined entry leading to the gated entrance with manned security for peace of mind, as well as resort-style amenities such as pools, a tiki bar, sports courts (tennis, basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard), playgrounds (tot lots), a fitness room, mini golf, sauna, nature trails and more.
Please note that the resort charges a one-time fee of $20% + tax per vehicle that will be staying on the property.
There are easy access roads to get to Disney World quickly from the resort as well as numerous grocery, dining and shopping options along the 192. The recently built Margaritaville Resort is a stone’s throw away and has exciting restaurants and shopping venues as well as a large water park.
Perfect Accommodations!
The home is located near the center of the resort and has four bedrooms with 3 full baths (2 ensuite) and an open concept living space. Best of all, it has a lovely lanai for al fresco dining and a private heated swimming pool with attached spa and underwater lighting for evening swims - enclosed with screens to avoid the Florida bugs, and a child safety screen that can be removed (pool heat is an extra charge of $29 per night plus 13.5% tax and must be selected for the entire stay). The garage has been converted into a game room for fun on those non-park or rainy days.
The master bedroom is located at the rear of the house and features a king bed, walk-in closet, sliding door to the pool and an ensuite bathroom with its own door directly to the pool deck (a “must have” for quick bio breaks on pool days).
The second master is very separate from the other bedrooms and living space, located in the front of the villa, and features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom.
The remaining two bedrooms are located in the hallway down from the master - one has a twin-over-full bunk bed and the other has two twin beds... both with Disney theming. These two bedrooms share the 3rd full bath (which is also accessible from the rest of the villa).
The living space is comprised of an open family room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast nook that overlooks the pool. The total sleeping capacity for the villa is 8. There is dining seating for 10, as well as 2 breakfast bar stools.

Premium Amenities!
There is a large screen TV (55”) in the family room with Roku (and an Xbox 360 with many games), plus TVs in each bedroom. Each TV has cable channels, and most have built in smart capabilities (Roku). There is a DVD player in the family room with a huge library of DVDs for your use. The villa includes high-speed Wi-Fi internet at no additional cost. Other “extras” abound throughout the house, including a BBQ grill on the lanai available for your use as well as a highchair, stroller, pack 'n play, some toys, games and stuffed animals, plus other family-friendly amenities.
Finally, the garage is a game room and is teeming with fun! It contains new full-sized pool and foosball tables, a 50" Roku TV with a 2-player stand-up arcade console (with 5,000 games), a for-fun slot machine (tokens) and a putting green. The laundry area is also located in the game room.
Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises, including a blink video doorbell. The doorbell motion detection is turned off after arrival but activates if the doorbell is pressed. The other cameras are located on each side of the house - one to monitor the pool equipment and the other to monitor the trash bin, plus one aimed at the driveway, and do record if there is motion. We respect your privacy and there are no cameras inside or pointed at the pool area, of course.

Where can I begin. Our stay at this villa was 5 star. Not only is the villa conveniently located for Disney, Universal and Seaworld, it is also 5 minutes from a vast array of eateries and supermarkets. The villa had everything you need to ensure a stress free stay. A lovely pool which can be heated along with a games room which will keep kids both big and little entertained. The bedrooms are well equipped and if we could have brought the mattress home as excess luggage we would have. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal, along with a full sized fridge freezer. Outside there was plenty of seating plus a BBQ. Not forgetting the wading machine and dryer which was a bonus. The hosts have been fantastic from original booking and throughout our stay. Can’t recommend enough

The Emerald Island Resort villa was amazing and everything we hoped it would be. It was lovely to come in from a day at the theme parks and have the crystal clear pool and spa to relax in. It really was one of the cleanest and well maintained pool in any of the villas I have stayed in before.The villa has everything you need for your first few days and the welcome pack and villa information came in useful as we settled in. The villa owners responded quickly to a couple of queries that we had and the villa was immaculate when we took it over.The resort centre has friendly and helpful staff too. There is a little nature walk through which was pleasant for a short wander in dappled shade. We would not hesitate to visit this villa and resort again - I am already plotting dates and flights as we speak!

We so enjoyed our stay at the villa! The games room and pool were awesome, community was peaceful and villa was spacious and lovely. Having laundry available to us (as a family with small children) and a stroller that we could use was amazing! We were grateful for a kitchen stocked with all the pots, pans and dishes we needed for our stay, lots of towels and clean comfortable beds. Safety features around access to the pool gave us peace of mind (extra locks, alarm, safety net fencing) and pool toys and flotations were such a great surprise! Disney parks were no more than 20 - 25 minutes away and we were happy to find tons of awesome shops and amenities very close to the resort. It was all truly excellent and we hope to have the opportunity to come back and enjoy it again in future. Our greatest complaint is that we didn't have more time! Thanks to the Allens for sharing their beautiful space!

We recently stayed at Disney Getaway Villa and it was a fantastic stay! The villa was beautiful, clean, and had everything that we needed. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the home from lights and items being labeled, to the thorough and detailed instructions. The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly, and a genuine pleasure to correspond with. The location was central and just a short drive to everything and having a laundry and full size kitchen was great. We had more then enough space and were comfortable, enjoying the pool and games room. I would highly recommend this villa for any family looking for a home away from home for their vacation and we hope to visit again.

We were completely unprepared for what to expect traveling after 2 hurricanes but this was a family of 9 that had planned this for over 6 months. Mark was so helpful with following up with my emails and keeping me in the loop. I had a couple last minute requests that he made happen without even batting an eye. The house is so amazing and spacious plenty of room for kids and adults to have time to themselves. We love this rental and will definitely stay again.

Have just returned from a wonderful fortnight at Mark and Lisa’s villa. We have been lucky enough to stay in a number of villas and condos in the Orlando area and this one is, without doubt, our absolute favourite. The facilities and equipment (golf clubs, bicycles etc) go way over and above what you’d expect to be provided and the location and resort of Emerald Island is wonderful. Also, Mark and Lisa were absolutely first class in their communication and advice. We will certainly be back here in the future.

Having just stayed a week in Mark & Lisa’s vacation rental, we can’t recommend it enough.We are a family of 4 (2 teenage daughters) and there was more than enough space.The accommodation was easy to access and all directions given were very clear. The villa was extremely clean and tidy, rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the required equipment and more!Staying in July, we didn’t request pool heating, and it certainly wasn’t needed. Very secure for families with young children too, due to the security features.Although we didn’t have much time to use it, the games room was awesome.Location was excellent. Only minutes from all the Disney parks and plenty of restaurants to choose from on the 192. Emerald Island resort is extremely safe too due to the gated community, and the tree lined streets made it look very homely.Would thoroughly recommend.

Stayed at this super clean, beautifully furnished villa for two weeks. Have rented villas in this area previously but not on the Emerald Isle Resort - which is gorgeous and feels very safe thanks to the gated community and professional gate house guards. The villa is furnished to a high standard and our family could not fault with anything at all. The beds are very comfortable and have a real quality feel about them . There’s a very well stocked games room and the family favourite which is the jacuzzi and pool. We travelled from the UK for the parks but reduced our plans to spend more time at the villa and the pool. T.Vs are in every room with ‘Hulo’ ( I think that’s the name? ) so many channels for everyone’s preference for viewing. Kitchen also well stocked with more than enough items for every need. 2 weeks wasn’t enough and now we have stayed at the best, no other accommodation will do! Hope to be back real soon.

We enjoyed 3 wonderful weeks at Disney Getaway Villa. The villa was very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need. It is close to all amenities such as groceries, dining ,Disney , shopping and Emerald Island Resort is very secure, safe and well maintained. The pool and spa provided hours of fun and relaxation. We especially loved having a grill available for cooking . The owner, Mark was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns and we so appreciated that. Our grandkids, ages 5, 8 and 11 joined us for a week and loved the games room!! We highly recommend this Villa and would love to return. The Villa was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen contained everything that was needed. The pool and hot tub were clean, and well heated. We used the hot tub every night after a long day at the parks.Emerald Island Resort was beautiful, secure and a short drive to the parks each day. It was also close to shopping and food options.I can't say enough about Mark and Lisa. Mark was always very quick to respond with questions during the booking process, before our arrival and during our stay. This Villa is superb! We had an awesome family vacation / everything you needed at the home, including baby supplies, games, etc. Mark and Lisa the owners were excellent to deal with (responded to questions quickly and always helpful with advice/information). We went on a pontoon boat ride in Tampa, Magic Kingdom, Gatorland, Seaworld, Top Golf and many golf games at Mystic Dunes. The villa was beautifully clean, well maintained and had comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The games room was awesome, as was the pool and hot tub. Location was also excellent for everything Disney, 10-20 mins to all the parks, plus several supermarkets within 10 mins drive. Our host was very responsive when messaged (thanks!). We were a family of 7; 2 couples and 3 children and there was plenty of space. We loved everything about this property and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a property for a family holiday.

We have stayed in villas in Orlando before, but this villa was superior! The gated community was great, very quiet and it felt so safe. The accommodation was clean and fixtures/fittings in excellent condition. Carpets in the bedrooms was a luxury you don’t often get in villas for hire, and made it feel so homely. The games room was a hit with all of us and provided fun away from the theme parks. Lastly the pool! This was great, and something we are missing back in the UK. Mark and Lisa were fantastic, from my initial enquiry right through to getting home. Very friendly and helpful owners who went out of their way to make our stay perfect. I would highly recommend this villa!

We couldn't fault our stay at Disney Getaway Villa, we had a great time. We were a group of four adults and two children (aged 11 and 6) and the villa provided everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. It's definitely a home from home. It was lovely to relax in the pool and jacuzzi after a hectic day in the parks and the washing machine and tumble drier were extremely handy! The keyless entry to the villa saved the worry of losing keys. We have recommended the villa and Emerald Island Resort to anyone who is thinking of visiting Florida. It really does have everything you need and the location was perfect for us. Thank you Mark and Lisa for sharing your lovely home.
