Our home will make you feel at home the minute you enter through the door. It has everything you need, each bedroom has it's own fresh linens and towels, also beach towels are available, coolers for the beach. Vinyl fence,built for privacy, enjoy the beautiful Lanai with patio set, lounge chairs around the pool, it is completely screened in so, you won't get any uninvited flying visitors dropping by. Located at a large landscaped lot, this home was built in 2006.
For enjoyable day trips to beautiful attractions, a drive to Siesta Key Beach is less than 30 minutes from the house. It is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. You will enjoy walking in the soft white sand and swim in the beautiful warm water. The Venice, Manasota and Englewood beaches are 25 minutes away. Disney World is 2 1/2 hours away. The Port Charlotte Town Center shopping mall is 10 minutes away.
Fort Myers Airport = 43.1 miles (Take I-75 North out of the airport and get off at exit 179) Sarasota/Bradenton Airport = 39.1 miles (Take I-75 South and get off at exit 182 or take I 41 South) Tampa Airport = 83.5 miles (1 hour 22 minutes, take I-75 South and get off at exit 182)

Pool is serviced regularly very discreetly without disturbing guests every Friday morning for crystal clear salt water conditions.

The salt water heated pool and private surroundings make it an oasis to pass the day. Nearby, there are numerous shops and restaurants to enjoy and several nice beaches within 30 minutes drive. The owners greeted us on arrival and made us feel at home immediately.
