Vinyl fence,built for privacy, enjoy the beautiful Lanai with patio set, lounge chairs around the pool, it is completely screened in so, you won't get any uninvited flying visitors dropping by. Located at a large landscaped lot, this home was built in 2006.
For enjoyable day trips to beautiful attractions, a drive to Siesta Key Beach is less than 30 minutes from the house. It is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. You will enjoy walking in the soft white sand and swim in the beautiful warm water. The Venice, Manasota and Englewood beaches are 25 minutes away. Disney World is 2 1/2 hours away. The Port Charlotte Town Center shopping mall is 10 minutes away.

Our Villa was great. Very clean villa, kitchen well supplied with utensils & appliances. Appliances were modern - worked well. Linens well stocked. Any problem with the villa - sent email to manager - was taken care of almost immediately. Will return if we are in the area for an extended stay. Enjoyed the burrowing owls.

Alan C.Well kept North Port home with beautiful heated pool - near shopping & beaches
The salt water heated pool and private surroundings make it an oasis to pass the day. Nearby, there are numerous shops and restaurants to enjoy and several nice beaches within 30 minutes drive. The owners greeted us on arrival and made us feel at home immediately.
