3 bedroom 3 bath Pool table, Shuffleboard Table

Due to the opening of a new pool, rates are reduced between April 25 and Sept 15, 2023. If you bring a boat, you will have access to a walkway that leads to the boat dock and seawall where you can fish, kayak, or use it. The first-floor deck off the back is off limits to you. It will be enclosed by fencing. There may be staff present for all or part of your stay. Whether they are awaiting inspections or not will depend on where they are in the construction process.


On a canal that only takes a few minutes to get you to the Gulf. Use the kayaks, or sit back and unwind on the private dock as you watch the dolphins and manatees swim by. There are many amenities and space for a big family (or TWO). The drive to the beach is VERY simple. It takes 7 minutes to drive to Rogers Park, or 12 mins to Pine Island, or Sunwest Park.

BEDROOMS. Master bedroom suite on the top floor with a brand-new king bed, a luxurious bathroom, and a spacious shower. New queen bed in the second bedroom. A queen bed is also in the third bedroom.
A recreation area with a pool table, shuffleboard table, and built-in bar is also located on the first floor.
In every bedroom are smart TVs. Central air conditioning. All linens are offered.

Chef and Entertainers' Kitchen. With the open floor plan, you can participate in the action while preparing a gourmet meal on the range. New appliances are in the kitchen.

Kitchen stools. People can sit at the kitchen island, and there are eight (8) additional seats at the nearby dining table. A highchair can be found here.

With a huge SMART TV and views of the water, the family room is open to the kitchen.

Both patios and decks. A gas grill and outdoor dining table are available on the deck for outdoor dining. A sizable covered patio with lounge chairs is located below if you'd like more shade. Unwind on the new dock if you want more sunshine.

There is extremely fast internet if you need to work or make a Zoom call.

ALL LINENS, TOWELS, AND BEACH TOWELS ARE FREE, FIRST AID KIT IS INCLUDED, WASHER/DRYER, TRASH BAGS, PAPER TOWELS, TOILETRIES, SOAPS/SHAMPOOS, AND PACK N PLAY/HIGH CHAIR ARE ALSO INCLUDED. There won't be enough of anything that is used up, such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry pods, and dish pods, for your entire stay.

FAMILY ADVENTURES: Disney (2 hours), Weeki Wachee (7 minutes by car), Buccaneer Bay (7 minutes by car), and Crystal River (45 minutes).
Following your reservation, you will receive a contract and a request for a copy of your identification. For your reservation to remain active, WE DO NEED IT BACK WITHIN 24 HOURS.
