Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, Sunchaser, Condo 1729 is located on the 17th floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 9th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $90 on-site registration fee for 2 parking passes and 8 RFID amenity armbands for your group.

Sunchaser #1729 is a spacious 2 bedroom + bunk, 2.5 bath, beachfront condo in the Shores of Panama Resort, professionally managed by Azure-Properties. This gorgeous condo will blow you away with all the details! A large wrap-around balcony gives you million-dollar views from east to west! You can enjoy your morning coffee with the beautiful sunrise and an evening drink while you watch the stunning sunsets over the Gulf. The 2 large master suite bedrooms both have king beds and an en-suite full bath. The main Master has the premium Purple Mattress sought after by many “mattress connoisseurs”. The bunk room has a custom twin/twin bunkbed & its own half bath, perfect for the kids! The spacious living room includes a queen pullout sofa which allows this condo to comfortably sleep 8.

Stepping into the kitchen, you'll find granite countertops and all the large and small appliances you need to whip up a great meal. There is seating for everyone at the kitchen bar and dining table, or take your morning coffee to your private wrap-around balcony and enjoy the views of the beach/ocean or tropical pool areas, your choice! The living area is spacious, featuring plenty of seating, and has a smart TV, which is perfect for evenings inside. You will love the new flooring throughout the condo, as well as the modern and updated furnishings. This unit also has a FULL sized Washer & Dryer for your convenience!

This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and some beach toys are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.
