"Salty Mermaids" Condo 1131 is located on the 11th floor at Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 11th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is an $115 registration fee on-site for parking passes and armbands.

"Salty Mermaids" is a Direct Beachfront 3BR/3BA condo with a huge wrap-around balcony overlooking the white sandy beach and clear emerald waters of the gulf. Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, you will have excellent service from booking to after check out! This condo features 2 king beds, 1 queen, a queen sleeper sofa, and a hideaway mattress. Sleeps 10.

The pool complex is one of the largest in all of Northwest Florida and features a hot tub, a tropical tiki bar with beachy cocktails, as well as an outdoor grill with tasty classics. There is also an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym.

This beautifully decorated. 1400 sq. ft. condo has a Mermaid Theme to match its name "The Salty Mermaids". Includes brand new wood-look tile flooring, crown molding, custom-made furniture, and decor. A must see! This condo also comes with a reserved, same-level parking spot in the covered garage.
