Professionally managed by Azure-Properties, "Shore Beats Work" is located in the Shores of Panama Resort. It is conveniently located on the 3rd floor with a reserved parking spot also located on the 3rd floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is an $90 registration fee on-site for 2 parking passes and up to 8 RFID armbands.
*Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

Walking in, the first thing you notice is the amazing views. The bright emerald water, sandy white beach, and never-ending coast line is a truly breathtaking site. This beautiful condo also provides stunning views of the tropical lagoon pool and comfortable accommodations, making it perfect for you and your friends & family to make memories that last a lifetime.

The open plan living room/kitchen and dining area are the true centerpiece of the condo, where you can easily relax and enjoy the company of family and friends. The beautiful, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for entertaining! Featuring stainless steel appliances, updated granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and a eat-in dining area you have everything you need to prepare anything from a quick meal to a even gourmet feast. There is seating at the eat-in kitchen bar, the dining table or even on your large, private balcony.

You can have your morning coffee while enjoying the gorgeous views from the HUGE windows, which allow for tons of natural light. The living area also has plenty of seating for everyone in your group! Featuring a large TV, a comfortable couch & 2 oversized chairs makes it perfect for movie and game nights! You can end the day with a cocktail on the large balcony, watching the gorgeous sunset with family and friends. The spacious living room includes a queen pullout sofa which allows this condo to comfortably sleep 8. This unit also includes free WiFi and a full sized Washer and Dryer.

Head out to your private balcony and relax at one of the 2 tabletop with bar height chairs. Personally, we love heading out here early in the morning with a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise over the bright blue water before the day gets too hot. We can't think of anything more relaxing when it comes to starting a fun-filled and chilled-out vacation! It's also the perfect place to end the day enjoying the sunset with an evening cocktail while planning the next days activities.

At night you'll have your choice of relaxing in one of the 2 master suites and put the kids in the twin/twin bunkroom. The first master suite features a King bed, a TV perfect for playing your favorite show or movie after a long day out on the water, and an ensuite full bath with a tub/shower combo. You can use the private bath with a tub to ease your aching muscles, or a shower to rinse the white sand off of your feet before crawling into bed.

Your guests can claim their space in the second master suite or the cozy bunkroom. The 2nd master features a queen sized bed with a smart TV, perfect for watching the newest Netflix flick, and a full ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo to clean yourself after a day of skimming the waves in the salt water or running along the boardwalk.

The bunkroom has a twin/twin bunkbed with comfortable bedding, a smart TV helps to keep the kids entertained, and an attached full bath with a walk-in shower perfect for washing the days sand & salt off before curling into bed with their favorite show.

Located in Shores of Panama, a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space with outdoor hot tub, an indoor heated pool & hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, a community charcoal grill & picnic area, a modern fitness center, coffee/donut shop in the lobby, and a banquet/meeting room is available for large groups. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides parking in the covered garage.

Just steps away from everything you could need- Walmart is across the street, and you are just minutes away from Pier Park, Panama City's premier shopping and dining area. 1) What type of coffee pot is in the condo?
This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels? Beach Toys?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for the guest to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin in the pool area by the beach access gate with kids toys & floats guests are welcome to use.

*Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.

Convenient location at the intersection of Thomas Drive and Front Beach Road, right in the heart of some of Panama City Beach’s best attractions, including parasailing, cruises, pontoon boating, sailboat, & jet ski rentals, charter fishing trips for the fishermen in the family, golfing, water parks, and shopping! This resort has a coffee and donut shop, a pizza shop, Tiki Hut has quick foods (fish sandwiches, chicken strips, burgers, and fries, etc.). There is also a poolside bar for refreshments of all kinds!
