We are located in the middle of the beach at 9900 S Thomas Dr which makes us about 8 miles to Pier Park on the west side and less than 5 miles to St. Andrew's state park on the east side.
We are in walking distance of Walmart where you can do grocery pickup or delivery. We are located next door to the World Famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and Bar where you can have delicious meals, drinks or grab a snack while soaking up the sun on the beach all day. You can enjoy delicious tacos, quesadillas, nachos, burritos and of course the best margarita around at Juan Taco located across the street at Laketown Wharf Resort. You can also enjoy live music and eat at Lulu's Sports Bar & Grill. Also, located in the Laketown Wharf Resort is The Wharf Restaurant with a seasonal buffet eatery serving steak & seafood in a contemporary space with an aquarium.

It was a great vacation. Only downfall was the mattress. Most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. We didn’t sleep hardly any. Hot tub was lukewarm warm and the water in showers was warm, but not hot at all. The rest of the condo and amenities were great..

Went here with my whole family, myself, husband, two adult children with a spouse and two younger children. Could not ask for a safe all entires into resort need wrist band tk access let alone had security at all entrances ( you pay 100.00$ for wrist bands and parking pass when you arrive) and family friendly place, the condo was clean and smelled fresh, had a little bump with an unexpected guest but Farah took care of it immediately without a problem, she was checking in making sure me and my family felt at home. The condo has two large bedrooms along with a bunk room plenty of seating for everyone a great view of the ocean and the pools the balcony was a great place and plenty of furniture 2107 was on the 21st floor so everything about this place was wonderful.

The unit was very nice and clean. I think the master was supposed to be a king mattress and it’s only a queen. Also it’s wrapped in plastic and very uncomfortable. So the mattress definitely needs to be updated other than that the place was great and definitely would stay again.

The views from the balcony are amazing! Very friendly host, the condo was amazing and very cozy, even made my kids think they were still at home. We will definitely be renting from Kelly and Farrah again in the future! Also a plus being right next door to Pineapple Willys!
