The Heritage Landing Golf and Country Club is a guard gated community with 5 star resort style amenities. Resort Amenities: 18 - hole Gordon Lewis designed Golf Course, beach entry pool with lap lanes, New Club house , Tiki bar, Tennis, pickle ball, Bocce ball, Fitness Center and spa. You can dine and have drinks overlooking the beautiful resort pool. The condo living area you can lounge in comfortable Leather sofa recliners and recliner watching the 65" television as well as watching the golfers and enjoy observing abundant wildlife including beautiful birds. The equipped kitchen stainless steel appliances with island is adjoined to to the den and dining area. The dining area has a Beverage refrigerator for your convenience.
The condo has no-seeum screens on the front entrance and the lanai. Hurricane shades on the lanai for privacy. Two bicycles for our guests transportion in HL community.
THE PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE IS VERY QUIET SINCE IT IS LOCATED IN THE BACK PORTION OF THE CONDO WITH THE VIEW OF THE GOLF COURSE.
It has two walk in closets and private bath room with walk in shower.
Second bedroom with adjoining guest bathroom with double sink vanity and tub/shower. The third bedroom is a dual office and guest room with a comfortable leather sleeper sofa.
