Dog-Friendly End Unit· Gulf Views· 1 Min to Beach

Cape Casa is Barrier Dunes' best-kept secret for guests who want beautifully curated interiors, serene lakefront living, and an easy one-minute walk to the beach without paying beachfront prices. This refreshed end-unit townhome earned its name — it genuinely feels like a home, not a rental, with designer decor, thoughtful touches throughout, and a main deck Polywood dining setup overlooking the community's freshwater lake where turtles surface on lazy mornings. The Gulf is a comfortable 200-step walk, and everything in between is pretty wonderful.

Cape Casa rewards guests who understand that the best beach vacation isn't always the one closest to the water — it's the one where every moment feels effortless and every corner feels considered. Mornings start at the kitchen bay window with coffee, sunlight catching the lake below, a turtle or two making their slow way through the water. The main deck is the natural gathering spot — Polywood table and chairs, the lake view doing all the work — before the group gathers up the beach gear and makes the easy one-minute walk to the sand. Days move at whatever pace feels right: surf, community pool, back to the shaded deck for an afternoon read. Evenings at Cape Casa have a particular charm — the gas grill fired up at ground level, the lake going golden in the late light, the designer living room waiting inside. This is the Cape San Blas that keeps people coming back year after year.

The main level is bright, stylish, and open-concept — fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and bay window, dining area, comfortable living room with queen sleeper sofa and Smart TV, half bath, and direct access to the lake-view main deck with Polywood outdoor dining. The designer decor and refreshed finishes give Cape Casa a polish that feels more boutique than beach rental.
