My wife and I are recently retired educators. We ARE NOT multiple rental property owners. We own this one condo and are snowbirds from Pennsylvania. Our place is newly remodeled floor to ceiling! The Oasis complex is a prime location in close proximity to downtown Sarasota, Siesta Village, & nationally acclaimed Siesta Key Beach. It also is only ONE mile, on residential Osprey Ave., from trendy Southside Village along with Sarasota Memorial Hospital. If you choose to rent our place, you will have the opportunity to experience all the same benefits that we experience along with living in a condo that we have set up for ourselves and not one that we utilize as a profit making property. Our condo also sits in a prime location within the complex …. 50’ from the pool and on the first floor for prime access. Our Condo is in immaculate condition as we are sticklers for cleanliness. You will find everything you could possibly need here. We live at our condo during the winter months and therefore have set it up as our own home.

About the owner: First & foremost, my wife & I are not multiple rental property owners. We own this one condo, OUR condo, and are snowbirds from Pennsylvania. What this means is that this condo has been remodeled, decorated, and cared for as the place in which we also live. Translation ... you will be getting a place that is suited for all of our own living pleasures and not an investment property which we our using to make a profit. We love our time spent here in Sarasota .... the sun, the beach, the restaurants, baseball, and on & on! We trust that you will find great joy & comfort here also.
Why this property? Our place has been remodeled floor to ceiling! Since it is the place we come to for 4 months, you will find it stocked with everything you would need. If you check out our slide show, I have tried to provide a detailed list of all these items.
Our condo also sits in a prime location within the Oasis on Osprey complex …. 50’ from the pool and on the first floor for prime access. You will definitely see the advantage of a first floor unit. All things considered, we feel we have the best condo in this 46 unit complex.

Location is everything and this condo has it!! Minutes from Siesta Key's powder sand beach and so close to everything that Sarasota has to offer. This recently upgraded unit is exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable. This condo has everything you could possibly want for an unforgettable vacation experience. The kitchen and baths are fully stocked with all the essentials. We had a fabulous time! Gary and Terri are super hosts who work to create a delightful and very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!!

Thomas A.Lovely Condo next to Siesta Key!
We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 month stay at this wonderful condo near beautiful Siesta Key! The condo was freshly updated, immaculately clean and is in a great location. We are within a few miles of both keys and only a 2 minute drive to Sarasota Memorial Hospital (where my wife's assignment was). Gary and Terri were both incredible hosts throughout our stay and were quick to respond if we ever needed anything. They were up front about the cost of the condo and did not surprise us with any hidden fees or taxes (very common with this area).I would highly recommend this rental, especially to any nurses that will be working a travel assignment at SMH.
