Our place is newly remodeled floor to ceiling! The Oasis complex is a prime location in close proximity to downtown Sarasota, Siesta Village, & nationally acclaimed Siesta Key Beach. It also is only ONE mile, on residential Osprey Ave., from trendy Southside Village along with Sarasota Memorial Hospital. If you choose to rent our place, you will have the opportunity to experience all the same benefits that we experience along with living in a condo that we have set up for ourselves and not one that we utilize as a profit making property. Convenient location minutes from the beach, shopping and entertainment. Our host was very helpful and the condo was well equipped. Would stay again. No washer and dryer was a bit inconvenient but laundry was near and clean.

If I had a choice I would give this place 10 ️! We spent 2 beaut months here from November 1st till December 29, 2024. Great condo, remodeled from the bottom to the top, very comfortable, and cozy. Perfect location, close to everything, Siesta beach 8 minutes, downtown Sarasota shop center Main Street , Marina Jack’s, Ringling museum. Pool was heated to 85F from November 15 th. Great! We enjoyed our morning coffee in front of our veranda watching squirrels running on the palm tree. Gary was excellent to communicated with. People in the. O do are very friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family! Thank you Gary!

We searched for a 2 bedroom, clean, comfortable and affordable condo that’s in close proximity to the beach and we found it! Now that our grandkids have moved to Sarasota, we make sure to visit regularly. The suite has been recently renovated and it’s beautifully decorated. There’s a king bed - so comfortable!- in the master and a queen or double ( not sure) in the guest bedroom. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. Siesta Key was only a 10 minute drive and parking was not a problem if you go before 11 am. We used the heated pool, situated steps from the condo. Gary, the owner, was very easy to deal with and we highly recommend staying here!

Location is everything and this condo has it!! Minutes from Siesta Key's powder sand beach and so close to everything that Sarasota has to offer. This recently upgraded unit is exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable. This condo has everything you could possibly want for an unforgettable vacation experience. The kitchen and baths are fully stocked with all the essentials. We had a fabulous time! Gary and Terri are super hosts who work to create a delightful and very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!!

Thomas A.Lovely Condo next to Siesta Key!
We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 month stay at this wonderful condo near beautiful Siesta Key! The condo was freshly updated, immaculately clean and is in a great location. We are within a few miles of both keys and only a 2 minute drive to Sarasota Memorial Hospital (where my wife's assignment was). Gary and Terri were both incredible hosts throughout our stay and were quick to respond if we ever needed anything. They were up front about the cost of the condo and did not surprise us with any hidden fees or taxes (very common with this area).I would highly recommend this rental, especially to any nurses that will be working a travel assignment at SMH.
