Fantastic beachside accommodation

Amazing beach accommodation with all the necessary amenities you could require. The property is steps away from the beautiful Redington Shores beach with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance as well as very easy access to the Gulf Blvd trolley bus at the top of the road to explore the various beach towns along the coast. Our host, Marisa, was extremely helpful, there was nothing that we could have wished for that hadn’t already been thought of by her. The property has recently been remodelled to a very high standard and is in keeping with the nautical theme of a beach house. We had a fabulous holiday, thank you Marisa, Fiona

Beach house

This location is excellent, the place was very clean. The beds are very comfy, everything was great and new. Very easy to get a hold of the owner and helpful. The beach is within steps away. Amenities were great, everything available that you need. This house is excellent I give it five star. I will definitely visit again.

Awesome long weekend

This beach house was perfect. Newly remodeled, everything was new and clean. Great layout with plenty of room. Very close to the beach. Located perfectly along the gulf walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the fresh fish market! The owner was very easy to contact and answered any questions. We will definitely stay here again!! Love it!!

Last minute getaway!

All we can say is everything was just perfect, from the cozy bungalow to the beautiful sunsets this place has it all. Newly remodeled, everything is so clean and fresh. We needed for nothing as the owner provided everything from beach chairs to beach towels. Marisa was so easy to work with and she went above and beyond to make sure that everything was to our liking. Great area to walk to restaurants and bars as well as long walks on the beach. We are counting the days until we return to this little slice of paradise.

Newly remodeled beach getaway

Stayed here over thanksgiving with my cousin and it was absolutely perfect! Steps away from the beach. Quite neighborhood. Great location short drive to most restaurants also super close to johns pass and a 30min drive to Clearwater. Loved the outdoor shower and all the beach gear that was available for use. We can’t wait to go back! Looking for your next beach getaway look no further this is the perfect place to stay!

Everything and more!

We (2 adults 1child) spent the week of Thanksgiving here and had an incredible visit! It can tricky traveling with a little one afraid of the adjustment away from home, but we had everything possible to make our stay comfortable and so enjoyable. The gorgeous kitchen had every appliance we needed to cook and maintain our “menu” from home for quick breakfast and lunches. Plenty of towels and drawer space in the bathroom. The location is prime for some great local spots and a short drive to Clearwater!The home was so clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location can’t beat with the short 2 minute walk to the ocean over the most scenic bridge. There were sand toys, umbrellas, chairs, bookie boards, and a wagon to pack up and set up for the day in the sand!! We had our evenings comfortable in the living room and were able to connect our switch to the tv to play games, have the kitchen for snacks right there, and washer/dryer to get our mid week wash in.The location, convenience, and supplies for a week away was more than I could have asked for. We will be back!!

Perfect getaway!

I could not have been more happy with my experience with Marisa & this rental! My son & I were looking for a last minute, long weekend getaway for Fall Break after our previously planned trip fell through. Marisa was quick to respond to my booking request, very easy to work with & available/flexible with any questions I had during our stay.I was thrilled with the 140 ft walk from the house to the beach!! Lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, noodles & a nice wagon to haul it all! The house was perfect! Nicely decorated with beach decor, tons of storage cabinets, a beautiful bathroom!!, convenient washer/dryer (with detergent pods) & a fridge with a water/ice dispenser that saved us on buying water during our stay! (We are big water drinkers).The back of the home is a perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or anytime! Nice lounge couches, picnic table, grill, private shower & hose off area. Marisa even has plastic containers to fill with water at the front & back entrances to dip your feet in to avoid getting sand in the house.We will definitely book again! Bridget Elmore

Beautiful condo; clean, bright, comfortable and spacious; excellent beach access!

Everything about this rental exceeded our expectations! Communication with the host was exceptional; each and every communication was addressed promptly. Located on a quiet street with friendly neighbors, we enjoyed being on the ground floor with easy access to the beach, literally steps away. The condo itself is spacious and extremely clean, bright and cheery, with a comfortable and stylish interior. The kitchen is good-sized and well stocked with appliances and utensils, perfect for cooking and eating in, and includes a built-in dishwasher. The patio is fenced in for privacy and includes a large gas grill and comfortable furniture for outdoor enjoyment. New, large, washer and dryer for added convenience, complete with laundry supplies included. Paper products, towels, cleaning supplies and soap, even an emergency first aid kit, were provided by our host. The location can't be beat, and we're already looking forward to a return stay at this FIVE STAR property!

Fantastic Stay!!

Had a fantastic stay at this beach house that is steps away from the beautiful beach. Even during peak tourist season, this location felt very private. The house was beautiful and had plenty of amenities. There are many great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive/trolley ride. Will definitely return!!

FOREVER RETURNING

We have stayed at this vacation rental twice now and it has been the best beach vacation each time. The location is perfect - in a quiet neighborhood just fifty steps from the beach and in close proximity to restaurants.The property is beautifully remodeled and immaculately clean. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided including super comfy beds with soft linens, a very well-stocked kitchen, and beach equipment.The backyard patio was a great place to relax while while grilling. Oh, and the outdoor private shower was AWESOME! We’re booking next year.

Perfect beach vacation!!!

If you’re looking for a beach getaway, this one is pretty perfect! Our host, Marisa, definitely describes the rental perfectly and it did not disappoint. It is lovely, newly renovated and clean with all of the needed amenities. The fenced in backyard offers a quiet retreat including an outdoor shower. It is located in a quiet area however still within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and miles and miles of beautiful sand and beach. The location is awesome - literally steps away from the beach. I’m ready to go back and have already recommended it to a few friends for a perfect getaway! Perfect Beach Getaway

This was the perfect beach getaway for me and a few friends. It fulfilled our every need. The rental is clean, beautifully remodeled and has everything that you need. The white sandy beach is a short walk from the front door. In the back yard you will find beach chairs, floats, umbrellas and a cart to take it all to the beach. The close proximity to the beach is wonderful. You can use the home for a break from the sun, a bathroom stop, libation refill, or a bite to eat. The beach is not crowed, and it’s on a nice stretch of beautiful homes and condominiums. Although, this is a quiet neighborhood, you will find many restaurants, bars, coffee shops, ice cream, grocery stores and souvenir shops very close by. The neighborhood is very walkable, or you can take the trolley from Clearwater to St. Pete’s. Marisa, is a wonderful host. I could make this my home, away from home.

Fabulous beach stay!

This beach rental was fantastic! Stayed with two friends for a 'girls week' and enjoyed all the rental had to offer. Clean, newly renovated, plenty of space, and literally steps from the beach. We loved the location for the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and just walking and exploring the area. The outdoor area was nice to unwind after a day at the beach, or to use the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand. We loved the kitchen which was perfect for eating in or bringing home dinner for take out. Our host, Marissa, has everything needed for a relaxing place to unwind after a great day enjoying the beach or surrounding areas. The location allows you to run in from the beach for a bite to eat or a break from the sun. We hope to return soon and look forward to staying at this location again.

A terrific beach home

This beach home is perfect for my husband and I. It’s a very short walk to the beautiful beach, where you can sit and relax, take a dip and watch the gorgeous sunsets. The home is nicely furnished and the kitchen has most everything you’ll need. The backyard is perfect for relaxing or entertaining with plenty of seating and two grills (charcoal and gas). Also, there’s a nice shower to rinse off after the day at the beach. There are several good restaurants, coffee shops and shopping within walking distance. The location is ideal, in a quieter area yet close to St. Pete’s and Clearwater areas. The host, Marissa, is a very informative, responsive and friendly. I would definitely love to stay at this beach home again and highly recommend it.
